I order from you on August 15th and you never sent me a receipt, tracking number, or certainly not any product. I would like my money back in full from this scam if a company.Business response

Hello, all these things you have mentioned are automated to the details left by the customer at checkout. I am unable to locate an order assigned to this email or phone number. Have you any information we can use to locate this information for you as we have not been provided an order number or even address to reference. Again we tried the email and phone number associated with this open complaint and have no records that cross reference this data. Thank you/Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company which were gifts for my wife and mother for Christmas. I have attempted to track this package which stated the items were delivered. Upon checking my mailbox and front door step I discovered my items were not delivered to the correct address. Since then *** contacted the company about order ****** for them to tell me I cannot get a refund due to the items being delivered to the wrong address. This is unacceptable and shows a very fraudulent practice from this business and they do not deserve loyal customers.Business response

Thank you for your message ******, I have reviewed your the correspondence with our company.
I see you *** has a GPS FINAL DELIVERY SCAN on this order. This is done at the point of the requested address and is tied to a geo location to confirm. *** is very good with this. I see that we opened a claim on your behalf for more information as well just to verify , a claim that is currently in process.
Additionally I see the transit history scans up to that place. So it is very irresponsible for you to say something like we are practicing fraudulent actions as we're NOT the courier. You selected *** and *** says the delivered with proof of deliver. You reached out and we immediately opened a claim to ask for more proof (even though proof of delivery is provided on the site with the tracking we provided.
Lastly, YOU REMOVED insurance on the package for things like stolen after delivery, which provides an immediate replacement. This is auto placed at around 1% in case something gets stolen after delivery, which unfortunately this seems like it may be the case.
We send tens of thousands of packages a month, we certainly suggest anyone unable to receive, or in an area where theft is high, to use the low insurance option for instances just like this.
We'll continue to talk to *** to get there final decision, but if they confirm (again) that they have PROOF OF DELIVERY , then there is not much we can do. *** is one of, if not the, most trusted courier in the US.Initial Complaint

My order was never received. A claim was filed with *** and they were unable to locate the package or confirm delivery. I have requested a replacement package be sent and even though an insurance claim has been filed, they have thus far refused to replace my lost items that I paid for.Business response

Hello, as explained in our conversations online we are only responsible to delivery the product, we insure lost or damaged in transit. *** confirmed a delivery with a GPS final delivery scan confirmation. This give 100% certainty that your package was delivered to the address requested. You let us know weeks later you did not get it, we immediately opened a claim to see what *** would provide in terms of information. As they concluded their investigation they again confirmed delivery and stated that it was left at the delivered address. As our policies state, our obligation is to delivery the product. Should you not pick it up or it get stolen after delivery, that is the liability of the purchaser. We cannot do much more than get the product to the requested address, which we again can confirm did happen. We have attached the *** conclusion to the investigation.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:I immediately let the business know the day after that I had not received the package. I did not wait weeks to report it. It has now been 2 months and I am still in contact with them to work on a resolution. UPS advised me that they were unable to determine delivery and the case with them would be closed.

I do see you reached out earlier, it seems theres just multiple tickets. We do have a guarantee from *** concluding their investigation that RECONFIRMS delivery. They have a GPS final delivery scan associated with the address and again re-confirm delivery. So we have proof of delivery, as stated - we do not cover stolen after delivery. Our obligation is to deliver the order to the requested address at checkout, which we have taken much time to confirm. If you would like more information *** can provide you the proof of delivery as we have in our previous chats.
