************************************* Unlawful resist to refund me my money for pet insurance that I did not authorize, in the amount of $65.42 on August 18,2023. The Petland store manager also lied about the amount that would be debited from my *********** More over once I notified the manager at the Pet Store on Aug 18, ****, he assured me that he will contact the fraudulent/scam dog insurance provider. Then he mentioned I can just call to cancel this charge. I do not remember the representative that helped me, but they promised that the amount would be refunded. Only after many calls they hold out and send my wife an email Sep 20,2023 stating they canceled. This is ridiculous and scam like behavior from this business. They bank I have is an online ************ Chime that dont care about there costumer money being unauthorized withdrawn from there costumer account. Please help this is not fair.Customer response

The manager at the location at the time promised a certain price for Kangroo pet insurance, but after the unauthorized amount was drafted from my ********** account, I immediately informed the Manager at the time at Petland to cancel the pet insurance. The manager said he will call them to cancel, but never did. So he told me to contact ******* directly to cancel. It took multiple calls to even reach a representative. The company seems at little shady/scam type. I spoke with customer service and they promised to refund my money. So days and weeks and then eventually a month a so went by and I decided to reach out to my bank to investigate. The bank I banked with at the time is a prepaid bank Chime , so they really do not care about the customer or take disputes seriously.
I just would like to be refunded for a service I never used. I cancelled/ request to cancel within an hour of purchasing of this scam insurance with kangaroo
