Citizen Bronze agreed to create a large plaque for me costing just under $5,000. They provided design specifications, renderings, and a plan for delivery. Once the payment was made, they accidentally refunded me and asked for payment again. Once the second payment was made, they broke off contact. After 6 weeks multiple attempts to get a status of the project went unanswered. The number was then disconnected. After filing a dispute with my credit card, the dispute was closed because they had already refunded the transaction (the first one). The dispute had to be reopened to address the second transaction. This company is knowingly defrauding people and working the system to delay reimbursement. I believe their actions are intentional and potentially criminal.Initial Complaint

My initial interaction with this company was good. They were very responsive to all of my questions and concerns and worked with me to finalize the design for a memorial plaque for my church. I placed the order for the plaque on April 23, 2023. The invoice number is INV-CB-******. I was told that it would take at least 6 weeks for the plaque to be made and shipped. However, I have not heard anything since and nothing has been received. There is no response from the company to emails or voice mails. No live person answers the phone anymore. Calls are sent straight to voicemail and the recording has no greeting identifying the company. It is as though the company vanished into thin air. I can't believe that the company would scam people out of money this way. They need to be stopped.
