      I was scheduled to have surgery with ****************** in March 2024. The Doctor left at the end of February 2024. I requested a refund and was told that it takes 60 days to review. I have reached out to 305 plastic surgery multiple times concerning a refund and they keep giving me the run around they tell me I have to email the refund department and when I do email them I do not get a response. I have paid ***** dollars and I am aware the deposit is not refundable but the rest of my money is. I have not revieved the requested service because the provider is no longer there. I have tried contacting the office regarding this but no one is getting back to me.

      These are 2 screenshot of the payments that were made outside of the deposit. Since I have received no service from 305 plastic surgery and do not plan to recieve a service the money paid outside of my deposit is refundable.

      They are stating that the deposit is non refundable and I am not disputing the deposit. I have attached payment confirmation for payments made outside of the deposit. In the contract it states that if I cancel within a 30 payday window or my procedure I may be penalized. But there is currently no procedure set so I am not within a 30 payday window and therefore I am entitled to a full refund of the money  I paid outside of my deposit. That is all that i am requesting from 305 plastic surgery.

      I am rejecting this response because: As I have stated in the original complaint I was originally scheduled with ****************** and when he left the practice I was switched to a different provider and I was told the money I paid towards the service ***************** was scheduled to provide would be transferred over, I do not know why that is not reflected here. But I have attached the invoice of the money I paid under my original contract with ****************** and that is the money I am requesting a refund for.

      3/13/24 I received cosmetic surgery from ************************. The day before my surgery I went to the office for preop testing and to meet *********************** and he confirmed my stomach would be really flat after surgery. once I paid my money I was told I should get jplasma which would make my stomach much more flatter and I wouldnt have any loose skin at all and as a matter of fact I have so much loose skin its so ugly. I paid an extra $2500 for the jplasma. In June I contacted their office a dozen times to speak to the physician or a nurse, because my results are horrible it looks botched. I never received a call from either. I sent a dozen of emails to multiple people at the office and I still havent been contacted yet to get a refund for the jplasma. Their customer service is so poor, its the worst I have experienced I wish I never had surgery at that office I look worse now than before my surgery. Prior to booking my surgery I wanted to get a tummy tuck and I was told the doctor said I would not be a candidate for it but it seems that was wrong since I have so much loose skin.

      I paid for a breast augmentation procedure in April 2023 but never scheduled an appointment. In January 2024, I requested a refund and was assured it would be processed. However, I still haven't received my refund. My messages to the refund department go unanswered, and my calls are never returned. When I contact the call center, they only tell me that my request is still being processed. I have numerous text messages from the refund department manager, who repeatedly told me that my check would be sent out with the next batch. It has now been over two months since she last communicated with me, and I have received no updates on my refund status. When I call, the call center staff act clueless and claim there is no direct number for the refund department.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I finally received my refund check today after 8 months of waiting but you still failed to send the correct amount my breast augmentation surgery was $6000 with a non refundable fee of $250 so I should have received a check for $5750 not the $5500 that you sent, you owe me $250. I also paid for a bbl in 2021 of $250 and in  2023 $250 which is non refundable. I would like my $250 sent back to my card asap instead of a check since the check was lost using **** and finally reached me.

      I paid a deposit to have surgery with ****************** in 2020. I received a call in 2021 advising me to pay for my surgery in full, because they had a discount. They reassured me at that time, and per my contract that if decided not to have the surgery anymore. Per my contract, I would lose my deposit only and would receive my money back. At the time, I told them that I didn't have a particular date in mind, and they stated that was fine. I ended up getting really sick from covid and was unable to have surgery. My partner also ended getting cancer twice, and I had to care for her. Finally things begin to settle down in my life and I called the office in March 2024, to schedule my surgery date, and I was advised that ****************** is no longer worker at the facility. I asked for a refund because I didn't want to have surgery with another doctor and at this point no longer want to have elective surgery at this time. I received a text message from **** (refund manager on March 14, 2024) stating that I will receive a check, and to verify my address for my refund. Fast forward, I've been calling the office for the past few months getting a run around, stating that I would get a call back and that has yet to happen. I was also told in the noted that a check was showing that it was in the system on March 28, but it can take up to 90 days to receive. I called the office today attempting to check the status, and I received a text message from **** stating now that I'm not eligible for a refund because I paid under the old administration and they I can receive a credit and have surgery with another doctor. It is not my fault that ***************** is no longer in the office, my contract stated that I was eligible for a refund minus the deposit it doesn't have a time clause. I'm stressed out, and due to their unprofessionalism, and how they treat their customers I wouldn't want to trust them with my life and have surgery at this office.No one has contacted me, per my request.

      I have attached the text message that I received from the Refund manager **** on March 14, 2024. I have also attached the proof that this business has been owned by the same company since April 24, 2019. So, my refund should not be affected.

      We can honor the credit for surgery but unfortunately we cannot issue a refund due to the payments being made in 2021 with the old administration. We can offer special pricing for you to have surgery with the doctor of your choice.

      I am rejecting this response because: The business didn't address that I was advised that I would receive a refund minus my deposit. They have yet to contact me, and this is the same generic message that they sent to me. According to my contract, I was advised that I would lose my deposit only. The other surgeons at the facility don't have the best reviews, and this business isn't professional. I don't want a credit because I will never have surgery at this facility, which they are basically telling me that I'm out of ******* dollars. They are owned by the same company, and legally I'm entitled to a refund. My contract doesn't have a time clause. New management doesn't supersede binding contracts, and this business still has the same owner. The doctor that I booked with left the facility, that is not my fault. This is causing me a great deal of emotional stress.

      This clinic is a scam * I never had any services received* I canceled 48 hrs before I was scheduled for surgery* I was told misleading information in order to get my deposit * I have as tips my tummy tuck surgery would be preformed by a double certified doctor ***** been the company for years . Which was a lie told by new life coordinators I was told my initially my surgery will be done by DR * at new life as it was getting closer to surgery I was told my surgery will he performed at 305 plastic surgery by the same surgeon Dr * * after reviewing the doctor once more I learned he has already ended someones life due to negligence and malpractice * the doctor ***** keep vital records all this information was documented in the ************ the doctor was paid the judgement * hes not double board certified and hes only been working with this clinic for 3 years and already had ended someones life from complications due to his negligence after learning more than one doctor was sued at this company more than 3 patients died from was mortified and cancelled immediately * this scam of a business switch my procedure to there sister company because Dr. * ******** happened at their sister clinic *ew Life when I called with my concerns I was told Im a liar stop r believing what I read . Im noticed these rude workers i encountered were train to lie and get your money * they careless about your life run from this place . I want a refund but never had services and was matched with a horrible doctor all the info on DR. * is public info knowledge . I dont trust this business * I dont want to go there for surgery never I just want my refund after this business get your deposit their rude and unprofessional I want my refund . I work hard. Had breakfast services done I never step foot in this establishment

      In December, I contacted the 305 clinic to cancel my surgery and request a refund because I was no longer physically able to undergo the procedure. On January 30, the refund department contacted me again, asking for further information. I told the refund department I no longer wanted the surgery due to me no longer qualifying. They said, "Just give us a doctor's note, and we will issue you a refund." After completing the process, I provided them with my doctor's note, and they assured me that they would issue my refund without any issues. I waited three months, but it was at the beginning of April when they sent out the check. I finally received the check, but due to some actions by the 305 clinic, I assume they placed a stop payment on it. When I tried to deposit the check, my bank account was locked because my bank suspected me of committing fraud with a potentially bad check. I have been contacting the 305 clinic for the past three weeks, and I have received various responses such as "Someone will call me," "The refund department is discussing issuing you another check," "Someone will call you in 10 minutes," and "We left messages with the refund department." They'll get to you soon. But today i was told I did not qualify to get my refund back, and I was baffled. Nowhere in my contract does it say that I would not be able to get my refund back, only the deposit. Instead of rectifying the situation, they are attempting to withhold my money, and I do not understand why . I have heard numerous horror stories about this company involving people experiencing difficulties in receiving their refunds bac or undergoing their surgeries, but I decided to go against my better judgment. This is definitely a ****** learned for me. I would like some answers and my refund.

I have never been through anything like this before.       I have a wedding first week of June for which I need to be in a better shape . I decided to go for liposuction . Pre surgery and lab test were all done and all conversation was okay . I travelled from ******* GA to ***** for the procedure . I was told I could do local anesthesia. When I arrived there March 27th I was told I have to be put to sleep . Was not too comfortable with that but since I was already there I decided to move on with the procedure . Scheduled for Mar 28 I arrived on time and ******************* was great preparing me for surgery .When I was lead to the room and laid down flat to be injected I notice I could not breath too deep because I am curvy on the back and with my head all the way down flat i could not stay on that position for too long unless I have a pillow or the chair reclined up a bit .The nurse called ******************* who checked me and said I cant have surgery if I am not able to breath in that position . He either has to book me in a different facility or I have to consider other ways of loosing weight . I was disappointed yes but decided to cancel .They told me at the office that my refund will be processed within 3-5 days , the manager gave me a piece of paper with the email to request the refund even though I brought cash same day and paid like 20mn before cancelation.I believed them and returned to my hotel then to ******* to next day . Since March 29 I am yet to receive my refund check . I am in the middle of a home purchase and used some of my savings from that to engage in another procedure . I am gonna have to close on my home May 4th and the lender is pressuring to see the balance Of my closing cost . I need my money like right now I am not even talking about all I have lost going to ***** and back . I cant afford to fail on my mortgage loan due to this . Keep calling and texting the office but to no avail . Please help me get my money back ASAP

      I am rejecting this response because: all my efforts to contact this business since March 29th has not speed up the process . As you can see in the screenshots I said all my reasons and request someone to help but still do not have my check issued out . If I do not have all my closing cost ready , I am loosing my ******* money on the home purchase and contingency period has ended last Monday . 
      i have to have all the amount on my account like right now and the lender is asking me for it and I have attached the image as well .

      We are never able to speak to someone in the refund department , and only text a non calling number . So someone should call me and speed up the process . 3-5 days is what I agree on in the office , its almost 1 month now .

      you have the money , just send it to me . 
      please issue my check as you read this message .

      Just to inform you that I have contacted the office as stated for expedited process but I was told no manager was available to talk to me , refund dpartement does not have a phone line and I just have to wait .

      i was hang up on  by ******* and ******* at the office today April 30 when I told them I was told to call them for solution .

      am not requesting refund for a procedure that went wrong . I end up not having surgery at all and its not my fault that the doctor concluded so I just need my money back . 
      So it should not take that long to refund me.

      I had my first breast surgery with ************************** on 03/2022 and had to have a revision surgery 6 months after that on 09/2022. Even after having the revision my issue was not fixed so I contacted the office again to get another revision preformed. I saw the doctor on 03/12/2024 to confirm he would do the revision and he agreed. The only issue Ive been having is getting 305 Plastic Surgery to approve my revision paperwork so I can get this issue corrected once and for all but I keep getting the run around. I paid $9000 for my surgery and I want what I paid for. I keep calling the office to 305 but no answer and they do not respond to emails. After reading these reviews I realize that I am not alone. All I want is for them to approve my revision surgery.

      I scheduled an appointment to have surgery with a specific doctor at this specific surgery center. I paid deposit etc for procedure. I recently found out that the Doctor no longer works at the company. The company never contacted me to let me know this information. When o contacted the company they initially was not responsive to my requests then I reached out again to ask about monies already paid being refunded and was told my money is not refundable. This company is stealing patients monies. I have text messages regarding conversations.I paid monies to get surgery from a specific surgeon if the surgeon is no longer there then I should be refunded.Please refund monies back to me Thanks *********************** ************

      I put down money for surgery and my Doctor decided to open up his own practice. The problem I am having is when I originally called for my money back they said to email the refund department. I did as they said on 2/26/24! I have gotten text messages saying the check was mailed 2 weeks ago and today 4/3/24 I received another text saying it will be mailed out today! I asked for a tracking number because of the amount of check I havent received anything at all and not even a phone call! All I am receiving are text messages! They answer when its time for payment but when I want my refund no one will call me back! I paid $7,700.00
