Hello guys, Im here to leave my review on them because they dont want to refund me my money for ****************** leaving their office. They said they will be refunding me my money they had sent out a check to the wrong address and I let them know that they had send it out to the wrong address Ive been waiting for send to send it out for like almost 3 months and know they came up with The idea to tell me they will not be able to refund me my money that I can only get credit for it

I see why they have 3.7 star very unprofessional and when u spending your hard working money you should be treated good without customers how would they make there money people really need to start reading the review dont wait until you have a bad experience to effect change I know why BBB dont look in to this place the worse place to ever spend your money front desk dont really speak English well to understand them this is a surgeon that know who he hired as Staff he look like he dont care about his brand and name that out there

The worst customer service I've received in a LONG time. *****, the text outreach representative, is beyond rude and has no grasp of how to write in a professional manner. It's easy to download a grammar and spelling checker for sms keyboards. Why would I put my cosmetic surgery in the hands of someone who cannot even eke out a correct sentence? And it doesn't cost anything to be polite and leave people alone when they ask you to! I asked her to, as a representative of 305 Plastic Surgery, leave me alone. She was absolutely nasty in return. I would never spend money with any business that employs people as unprofessional as she is. I called to complain at the office. There is NO main office number. I was given the run-around by the receptionists working for some doctor, and by an intake clerk, AND by their answering service. Their chat service did not type a single character in response to my complaint, even though the icon showed they were present for said chat interaction. There are kinder, more professional, more educated people working for other plastic surgery clinics, so I will be going there. This is just my first stop in reviewing them everywhere I can.

Paid $600 for inner thigh Lipo, wasnt done, kept emailing and calling about my refund and no one is answering so now I will file a complaint with the Federal trades commission.

Honestly, I would not recommend 305 Plastic Surgery to anyone. The lack of professionalism and terrible customer service gave red flags once they got my deposit. Once the deposit was made, my patient coordinator never responded to any of my calls or texts. Unfortunately this was around the time of the pandemic, so it was even harder getting a hold of someone. When I tried to reschedule for a new surgery date, my deposit was nonrefundable and I couldnt get credit for it smh. Still trying to find a good, reputable plastic surgeonbut 305 Plastic Surgery is definitely not the place I would go to even if it was free!

January 5th, 2023 I paid a $500 deposit for a tummy tuck and breast lift with 305 Plastic Surgery. The doctor I was scheduled with was *****************************. I was told that he was a board-certified plastic surgeon, it's also on his social media (screenshots included). I was sent instructions to prep including blood work orders. During the time of my blood work, I was informed that ******************** was a Board Certified OBGYN instead of a Plastic surgeon. I thought the information was incorrect, so I inquired with a 3rd party about how to find out. ******* from his office texted me on April 7th confirming my surgery. At the time of her text I discovered from **************** of Plastic Surgeons ************************************************************* that he was not listed. I called in to speak with her, but I didnt receive an answer, so I texted her with my concerns. She stated that he was in fact a Board-Certified Plastic surgeon. I thanked her and asked for info to view it (such as online, certification, etc.) She never responded. On Tuesday, April 11th, I text her informing her that I was still waiting for the info. I asked her to call me. She called and stated that he was a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon/ not an OBGYN and someone from the office would email me the info. On Wednesday, April 12th, I text her stating that I never received anything via email and the reason I was not comfortable was because the info I received was that he was a BCPS, but the *************** plastic surgery did not have him listed. Also Certification Matters ************************************* list him as an OBGYN not for Plastic Surgery (Screenshots included). I told her I would call in. I wanted to cancel my surgery and receive a refund based on my finding (screenshots included), which is unethical and deceptive. She never responded. I called and was put on an extended hold (usually it's only 2 mins) I text ******* again asking if a manager could call me. She never responded, neither did the office.

If I could leave zero stars I would! After I paid for the down-payment for a tummy tuck and lipo 360 I have heard nothing back of my coming surgery, $500 lost. I did research prior to contacting them off ****** search but it seems as though the reviews I read were scams. I have called, emailed and texted over and over again with no response. I want my money back and will get a lawyer if needed. Do not waste your money.

This company need to be shutdown in surgery industry. Theyre ****. I received email from this company couples months ago, about lipo360 and the promotion they were having, however I decided to contact them and get more information about the deal. So at the beginning a lady called ****** reached out and everything was floating well after the pricing and all. Before I made my deposit I asked her to check with the doctor if I will be a good fit for the surgery with my medical condition and at first she told me the Dr said I am not qualified and few hours later she said the Dr approved for my surgery. I knew I should have followed my intuition and stop there. Anyway long story cut short once I made the deposit of $250 the communication was shut down. And they tried to hold my deposit

Im filing a lawsuit due to my previous transactions missing from their establishment over $1200 down the drain . This is a stressful ************ when this establishment doesnt have any professionalism in customer service compared to other facilities Ive encountered. I believe the refund team has stolen my money. Ive been polite and patient for now going on over a month , this is ridiculous. If youre a surgery doll, do not go to this establishment especially from what I hear from other surgery groups that this place lacks professionalism. Some dont care because they just want their **** done ; others had to go to different establishments. Sometimes , niceness doesnt get you nowhere. Im filing a lawsuit currently.
