      I am trying to collect a refund which was owed to me of $250.00 for a job that was never given. For 3 months they have been stating they will refund, and they stall me everytime I call. Always passing me on to the next person and trying to collect my information all over again. Now they are denying me the refund all together, this was for a surgery that did not occur. I never signed anything that negates my right to my refund. Please help

      I went to the business to get work done. They told me at first they could do the scarless breast lift, collected my money, then tell me they can't. I changed the procedure. I go to surgery and the dr told me because I had nicotine in my system i couldn't do the surgery. The procedure was changed because I do not want the one they said for me to do. This Friday 5/19/2023. Then the dr tells me today 5/17/2023 find another surgeon. Now they do not want to give me back my money. Can someone please help me?***************************

      Good Morning ****,
      I have looked into the matter and I have some clarity. It looks like the day of surgery, you were cancelled for being nicotine positive which is the reason for cancellation with a fee of 1,500$. You signed consent forms saying you were not a smoker and that if cancelled, there would be a 1,500$ fee. We have all the documentation if you would like to review it. So, The total that we can refund you to either card ending in **** **** or **** is 3,700$ which is 1,750$ less than your full payment which are the 250$ eval fee and the cancellation fee of 1,500$. Let me know which card to process the refund and I will have accounting go ahead and do that today.

      What is being said not correct. 

      I went to the surgery where the office had me sign a form acknowledging that I am a smoker. Where is that paper.

      The day of the surgery I had a long discussion  with the doctor. He told me we could proceed with the surgery. I mentioned to him I was extremely concerned with the scarring for the lift procedure which he had told me he did not recommend me to move forward if I was not sure. That we would just reschedule it for the following Friday. 

      The Thursday of the following week, was the day to discuss the new surgery for the following day. I told him I was going to do what he said and not to the lift because I was not 100%. That only to repair the capsule. He began to yell at me that I needed to do it because of how they are. I told him I didnt want to and wasnt ready. He quickly told me find another doctor. 

      I have tried to speak with a coordinator just to smoothen things out and have another doctor within the office to do the work but not no one has answered me back other than an assistant that tells me someone will call me back but no one ever does. 

      If you can please assist me with this. This is unprofessional, and criminal what they are doing. You cant treat people like this.

      Ive had surgery with them twice by ***************. I eat healthy I do everything I suppose to do. My second round I thought would be better but he still did not target the areas I needed him to target. Which was my back and waist area. After the swollen went down I still seen no difference. Here I am 1 year later still wear my faja, still working out and still eating healthy and still no results. I either want my money back or my surgery done over one last time. Before I came to bbb I attempted to contact them and they were trying to recharge me. Im not happy at all.

      I received Breast Augmentation Surgery (Implants) around. april 6th of 2021 with *************** . *** left previous lets with the bbb and finally came to a resolution and was told i was approved for a revision and then i was ignored once again. *************** has now since gone to niptuck as well, my right implant is so badly misplaced that it looks like its going into my arm pit, the shape is different from the left one & it is dropped lower ive had another surgeon look at my breast and have been told this is not a fault of mine but the doctors. I went to *************** given his history and think this was just a honest mistake which is why ive trusted him to make it right. but it is not right to approve me for a revision and then completely ignore me again. its going on TWO years with my implants and im almost more insecure with them then i was without them! Im requesting something be done about this.

      I put in $250 to be on beauty plastic surgery last February which was 2021 I have one year to schedule the surgery and I scheduled a date beyond beauty canceled the date and I was unable to quickly reschedule I still have until February 2022 to schedule the appointment I called beyond beauty and ask them can I schedule now it was explained to me that they put my deposit back in my account my bank has told me beyond beauty show them a contract and they did not send them any money my bank I can't schedule my surgery now because they are saying they gave me $250 back in my credit card account I never received $250 from beyond beauty my bank record shows there has been no deposit in my account from beyond beauty

      I have contacted this company on numerous occasions via telephonically or email. I was informed by the company in early March that they could not perform the procedure because was too old. I was assured that my deposit of $250 would be refunded. They then started giving me the run around with requesting copies of correspondences including the invoice and text messages. Of course they had their copy or they would not have been able to contact me. This information was provided on March 17th. Between March a bd April I contacted the company telephonically and was assured that they were taking care of my refund. Then they employed another stall tactic of stating that they could not credit my account because the card was invalid. I was asked to provide a front and back copy of my new card. I sent they the information on April 26th. I did not receive my refund as promised and sent another email on May 3rd asking about my refund. Still no courtesy of response between *** and September although they were contacted telephonically. They once again wanted to play games and told me that I needed to send them a copy of an ID. A copy of my passport was forwarded on September 6th. They did not respond to my email of September 1st or 13th. *** never had to work so hard to get a refund that is due to me. I can only surmise that theyre either the most unprofessional and unethical company in this country or their intent was to just steal my money although the doctor decided that he would not perform the procedure. I am hopeful that you can bring closure to this issue and ensure they refund my deposit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      On 8/26/2020 I paid a deposit of $1500.00 to have Surgery done on 11/25/2020 with Dr. ********************************* at Beyond Beauty Plastic Surgery. Dr. ********************************* was working at Beyond Beauty Plastic Surgery and my deposit was given to hold my surgery date. 1 month before my surgery i got in contact with the office and informed due to not having a medical clearance from my pcp due to a medical illness i was not able to have my surgery done and was rescheduled for 11/25/2021. Dr. ********************************* has no longer been working at Beyond Beauty since June 2021. I contacted the office on July 1, 2021 to explain the situation and request my refund and the staff member requested my debit card information and amount i paid for deposit to return my deposit and i never heard back from the office. On August 24 i reached out to the office again in regards to returning my deposit and the staff member mentioned she saw i was due to be refunded, to date i have not received my deposit

      An refund attempt was made for $1000.00 and it never cleared through my bank. it remained pending for 5 days and it is no longer reflected as pending or refunded. I paid the total of $1500. I would greatly appreciate the refund for the entire amount.
