I requested a refund from CG cosmetic Surgery months ago due to a very serious health issue where my Physician is not giving permission for Surgery. CG cosmetic has been giving false dates for my refund for months and including excuses of changes of their credit card machine. As requested I provided them a voided check, with no avail, they continue to keep my money but remind me that they are entitled to a $1000 of my deposit. Their contract stays it will take 30 days for funds to be refunded, this has been on going since April 2024 and they continue to keep my money. No one even has the decency to speak to you, just cryptic messages without positive dates. I have cancer and am out of work due to it and they are adding grief and stress in my already stressed life. I have all my receipts and emails between their accounting department.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO WITH THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SURGERY!Would give 0 stars if possible.There is another review here with the same issue I am having, we paid $9,500 for 3 procedures back in November and January, had to cancel due to an accident my wife had and was unable to go with the procedures. We requested the refund in February, its being 4 months waiting and they just give us excuses every time we tried to contact them for an update. But for sure they took our money right away. We are tired of waiting and we are being forced to start legal actions. IF YOU DONT WANT A HEAD ACHE STAY AWAY!!!

My experience with CG Cosmetic Surgery quickly turned into a nightmare. They attempted to switch my surgeon just a day before my surgery and revealed only then that the surgeon didn't even carry medical malpractice insurance. I paid $7,000 in full, received no services that I requested, and they refused to issue a refund after I left the pre-op. During the pre-op, the doctor couldn't even remember my procedure and had to be reminded several times. A staff member excused this by saying a doctor cant be expected to remember all the procedures they perform. Another staff member claimed they were so overworked they were nearly going to pass out if they didn't eat lunch. This clinic is obviously a money grab and will lie about procedures they are able to perform to get victims in the door and then shortly before surgery (a day before in my case) try to change your mind about what you should or shouldnt get based on medical information they had for weeks prior to my pro-op consultation. The practices are extremely predatory, avoid this place at all costs. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and lack basic safety standards.

They are giving me the run around to refund me.My money.It passed thirty days and they do not have no remorse of returning my funds

I have had a long standing relationship with CG cosmetic. I have had several procedures done over the years and have referred many friends. My most recent experience was met with disappointing results. I was able to speak with the surgeon regarding the results and he told me what procedures were necessary to correct. He is not in charge of pricing but told me who to contact. After many attempts to resolve the issue I was not offered any compensation for the disappointing results or discount for the corrective surgery necessary. I was ignored. I believe I am owed a discount to correct the issues addressed by my surgeon. I have travelled three times from ****** and it is very costly. I would like a discount for the corrections needed.

I had a lipo360 with ******************. It's been almost 3 months and I don't see results. I look the same as when I came in. I only work from the navel down, so my entire stomach looks deformed and with a lot of fat to remove on my back. I only worked on the lower part, leaving the entire upper part the same, and they didn't do anything about the waist. When I entered the surgery room, there was only the anesthesiologist and 2 very young boys. I didn't look at the doctor at any time, I was a little scared, but I was done. I fell asleep there and didn't know anything else until I woke up. The truth is that the work they did on my body seems like that of a person who is learning, nothing professional! Now they tell me that I have to wait 3 months to see a result that is already obviously poorly done to charge their fees again and spend money again on pain massages and everything that we already know... the truth is that it didn't work for me! Nothing to do with your photographs uploaded on your page.According to them, they removed 4 liters of fat from me, which is a lie!!!

I went for my appointment. I had what they needed and the **** refused to do my procedure because of my condition which I had disclosed and had clearance from my specialist for. The **** was a total ***** who barely knew anything about my condition and yet refused to listen to anything I had to say. The surgeon cleared me and my doc cleared me. And yet this guy refused to do it anyway. THEY cancelled my surgery DAY OF and have not returned any of my money. They have refused to return calls or responded to a single email. I have the loan company also attempting to help me get my money back. Worst place ever. Theyre stealing money left and right.

If I could give less than one star I would. I canceled my appointment within the timeframe to receive a full refund, however I still have not received anything. Ive emailed and their response is that they are still trying to process the refund. Id even called the loan place before they were supposed to have sent it and they said they hadnt sent it yet but I still ended up receiving a bill. Its jacking up my credit. This company is a sham they are stealing peoples money

Most traumatic experience I have ever been through. What I thought would be a simple procedure turned into having 3 SURGERIES in a year to fix my procedure and not being able to comfortably wear anything besides a sweatshirt. They made me keep paying more and more every single surgery, they did not care about my situation or what I was going through. You are just dollar signs to CG Cosmetics, if you dont have a couple more thousand to fix their mistake then they wont take your calls. $10,000 later to just keep fixing mistakes that were not my fault after following all Post Op Recommendations and taking weeks off of work to heal. Not including the Flu, COVID, drug and pregnancy test cost you have to pay every surgery that they only will accept in cash. After the first surgery it took 2 weeks to even get anyone to call me back to let them know I was having issues, or even find someone who spoke english and understood what I was even saying. And the same with my 2nd surgery that went horribly again, the nurse in Post Op kept telling me nothing was wrong and trying to send me home. Very unprofessional and place is a scam. Others in the waiting room were dealing with the same situation as me. I understand not every surgery can go as expected but there is no discount in price to fix the surgery, you are handed another bill to pay for a new procedureand then ANOTHER when it doesnt go well the 2nd surgery either. Even now after my 3rd surgery, I am extremely unhappy with the results again as my breast look so different and so uneven.Wish I could go back, but i cannot so I want to warn others to not make the same mistake as myself. I am so exhausted after all of this, all the hours of driving to keep going back and forth, them constantly changing appointment times, begging anyone to call me back , leaving 30 voicemails, and MOST OF ALL depleting my bank account. I wish I could give 0 stars. They could make a documentary about everything I went through at CG Cosmetics.

Due to health issues and unprofessionalism I have decided to cancel my appointment and I'm pending my refund it's been 4 months and I still haven't got a direct answer. I just keep getting the run around. I will be persuing a attorney in ***** this isnt right in any way.
