This place is a low class place I went to get an estimate for a face lift and I was seen by dr ******** and when I went with the employee who gives you estimate she was a very sweet but at the end of the day I was not sure if to do it cause adr ******** does surgery with local anesthesia. And I had to look into that . ***** said you should give a deposit of 250 dollars to hold the price and I was not sure but with her sweetness I asked her but do I get my money back and she said of course or you can do Botox at no time did she mention no the keep 100 dollars of your payment . Cause of course I would have said no. She lied . This company is not honest . They are fraudsters . Never again will I step a foot in there . At no time did she disclose her return policy . Very dissatisfied I will take this above . And when you called to ask for your refund they scream at you .Review from Alex P

Do not for any reason get any of their services once they take your money and you want a refund they will refuse to give it you even when no service has been provided. Im will be getting in contact with the attorney general for dade county they can not do this specifically if they do not disclose their refund policy

Had surgery in 2019 I went back for my revision and the doctor did the surgery on me Dr. Martinez tell me to come back in six months I came back in six months and Dr. Martinez was retired so now no one could fix my surgery they’re no good they’re willing to fix it but charging me again $5000
