  I was tying to ask for help for my rhinoplasty incision that was not healing, and it has been over 3 months, I went to urgent care and my PCP, but they could not do anything about it, unless I go back to my surgeon from Zion plastic surgery, the coordinator that I have been texting was not helpful and she questioned my profession as a nurse. Not only that, I also have b****** augmentation on December last year, the same time they did my rhinoplasty, my b****** is uneven, unsymmetrical. I told them about it. They gave me a muscle spasm meds, that it, I was asking if there were a possibility to reconstruct and check my nostril that developed pus in the suture area, that as not dissolving, and warm and tender to touch as well reddened. The coordinator who was texting me stopped replying and possibly I was ghosted. My nose developed infection and my b****** are uneven what a horrible results, my self steam is very low rn. I feel awful of my body.

  Botched by Dr ********* Please Do Not come here. Go to a different ************** I paid extra to get the vip to have satisfaction guaranteed. And let me tell you they Do not care. Their results are less than good and their care and pre/post op consultations are Zero! This place is Horrible. They do not care for anything but Money. Consultation is money and No consultation with any surgeon. I had a maybe 5 minute consultation which resulted in surgeon drawing on me. And her agreeing to what I wanted. After over $20, 000 spent They botched me and will Not fix me even though I payed VIP extra Mainly to ensure my satisfaction guaranteed, because with how crappy its ran, i assimed it would be bad... They gave me less than half the size implant I asked for and it was never told, mentioned, or talked about, in any documents in any way that there would be a difference in sizing. My b****** now look boxy as a shape after 3 monthes of healing. They also left mey ******* severely uneven and refused any revision for all of my concerns.

  Therefore, because Zion provided Ms. ****** with the services for which she contracted, **** is under no obligation to provide any refund whatsoever.

  Ther most horrible experience I ever had with any doctor poor ******** service they changed their names so often you dont know who you dealing with. I had a tummy tuck to fat transfer to ***. I had my surgery done January 3rd 2025. Im still not healed i kno it takes time but what i feel is unbearable This numbness been going on since the third stomach is soft. I just still feel numbness Here is the photos of Dr. ******* work, which I dont believe it was him. Someone was blind doing my surgery sadly holes in my body look like they injected me with AIDS or something if I die within a couple of months, this would be the reason. Then gone tell me If I dont like the Results in 6 months get reconstructive who the f*** wanna go through this s*** again shaking my head all this money i wasted then had me sign sayin i cant sue that is illegal to force someone to sign ***** aint s*** trying to charge me for everthing sayin i need s*** i dont germo was ok but to me none is really understanding of a situation they was refusing to take out my drain when i can feel it my tissue was growing around the drain i was at 25 n under my doctor had to ****** on it or else i was gone have to get cut again sadly no belly button look at how they just sewed me up the results are horrible unbelievable alIs i can say is go at your own wrist and these people rush you into something to put your money down. I put my trust in these people here at **** plastic surgeons and look at these photos. I have patience on healing, but I went with somebody and they came out of surgery and tummy was flat as h*** and I come out and my s*** looking like Im six months pregnant. This is shocking to me and I want everybody to be aware of these scammers and Im a keep posting on these people because this is ureal Cant post the s***** photos of mi body

  I had scheduled a surgery with Zion plastic surgery. I never signed a contract nor did I have the surgery. I called requested my refund and was told that because I used cash app it would be 1 to 2 weeks for a refund, then I asked to speak to a manager I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes then a lady came back on the phone and said that because I paid cash app I was not eligible for a refund. They just do not want to return my money because I decided not to have the surgery with them due to the reviews and the pictures. I have had to call an attorney and keep them on standby. They argue with you about everything.

  I got a breast augmentation in March of 2024. I had many complications and ended up having to get an emergency surgery on April 20, 2024 to get the infected implant removed. I spoke to ************** ******* and he informed me that he would do a revision surgery for only the cost of anesthesia. I also spoke to my pre-op coordinator who confirmed. In total, I spent $2500 on the initial surgery. When I called back to schedule my revision, Zion informed me that it would be another $2500 to get a revision. The medical records are very generic, operative reports are generic, there are many reputable surgeons who will not take me as a result.

  I chose this doctor as she was board-certified and agreed that I would be able to have two procedures done at the same time. unfortunately about a week after the surgery I started with severe complications of dehiscence and tunneling where I needed hyperbaric treatments and 3x a week wound care with even wound VAC for a month. I would reach out to the surgeon with questions and companied by pictures. First, I have to say it would take days to hear a response and I would have to follow up two or three times to get a response and through my whole ordeal, and let me tell you if you saw the pictures you would agree it was horrendous, never once did the doctor Reach out to me to inquire how I was doing. at the end of my healing, I contacted the office again to inquire about scar vision because my scars are horrendous and if she would now correct the dimple that she caused when she created the incision in contact with a pre-existing scar , and she refused to take accountability saying that the dimple was caused because of my body not healing well and that it had nothing to do with the fact that it came in contact with a pre-existing scar . I found this office to be unethical and disgusting in nature.

  ******************************* M.D Was my *** I had a ************ tummy tuck, and breast reduction and mons plasty and my flanks liposuctionsed. I have been in and out of the hospital for the last month and a half because of the surgery had complications. They have not claimed responsibility for any of it and their doctor is not subject to malpractice insurance. Do not pay in advance, do not pay to stay in a hotel nearby do not pay for any of it. The day you go to your surgery or preop, they will have you sign paperwork that states she does not have malpractice insurance that she has opted out of it. I thought oh everything will be fine. It wont happen to me. So all my money is down the drain. Do not go through this company. They are not going to take care of you if something goes wrong. I spent around $13,000 and I dont have any insurance for these hospital bills. I was in the hospital in ******* for around eight days in the *** and they did nothing. Ive been in the hospital in my home state For almost 4 weeks theres nothing I could do. Im gonna have hundreds of thousands of dollars because they did not do the surgery properly. The sutures were too strained and my sutures came out. Also I had a superficial bleed that they would not take care of on the very day that I had the surgery. They were closed for the day. They will not help me out at all with any of this and will not claim responsibility. Unfortunately, I am not pleased with this scenario. I wish I wouldve not have gone through them, but I already paid for my airfare, hotel car and everything. What was I gonna do cancel everything lose out on all of it because she doesnt have malpractice insurance that I didnt know about. Read read, read and look into everything. Im very upset. I feel like they will not take care of me. They know whats going on and Ive had multiple responses and they dont care.

  ********************************. Messed my surgery up. Breast reduction, tummy tuck and arm lift, totally dont know what she is doing. When it comes down to to her taking accountability, ******************* doesnt want to do that. I showed her what aid dont like. I tried to be as reasonable as possible. According to the contract, I tried to give her the opportunity for the retouch policy!! How is she goi to tell me I look good. Im Like, who wearing this body? Me? Or you? They are nice when its time to collect money, but dgaf when its time put in that work. I need them to stand on business when its time deal with patients. To ******************* and the crew you get a F- for perfecting your craft. I trusted you *******************. Zion Plastic Surgery. Im so glad I will see you in court. Its a shame it had to come to this. All I wanted to do is look good. You had one job and you failed.

  Zion Plastic Surgerythey dont know that they are doing.. I initially wanted a tummy tuck and breast lift. When I had ***************, the guy said my breast was too big and I needed a reduction and lift. If he knew. It would be cheaper, why not offer me the ****** Anyhow, I ended paying individually which was a lot because ai did 3 procedures. Long story short, I told them, I dont like the results and would like to take advantage of the retouch policy. ****** and. ******************* are sweethearts. ?? lets see if they honor the retouch part of the policy???? I sent everything over to their office. I spent too much money. My waist is. Not snatched enough.

  This company again went and disputed my claim with ***** I will be filing a police report for their unlawful practices. They asked for my card information before I signed anything please please do not let these thiefs get your money also there are many claims on yelp, and ****** and ******** about how they botch clients.
