This is the worst management company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. This company took over my building a few years ago and we have all had nothing but problems since. For nearly 5 months this building (3 stories, about 21 units) has had 1 set of working washers and dryers. Over this 5 months, interactions with this management company have been extremely painful. Getting an answer when you call here is an accomplishment, but once I finally reached someone in the accounting department, I was told on 3 separate occasions over 3 weeks that my messages were being passed along. After becoming fed up with this, we argued for a full 5 minutes about whether they could connect me with anyone else or give me another number to call. The interaction was so fake, the lady just kept repeating no I cant do that, but I can give your message to the property manager.3 days later I received a text from the property manager. In every interaction, the property manager fails to rectify issues. She just states the work that she does in regards to complaints, I.e. the dirty building, prohibited short-term rentals causing problems like extreme noise and trash in the hallways, laundry, etc. Today, this property manager used the excuse that she is busy making key cards for the building, in response to all of these complaints. This is where they really lost me because these are the same key cards she said she was making in April, nearly 5 months ago. She claims to visit the building once a week, so she must be content with the building constantly being filthy. They also claim that the building is cleaned once a week, so it is clear that they are reckless with the money of the owners in their buildings, as we all pay $200+ per month in association fees on top of being charged randomly for things that should be covered in the HOA dues, which should be enough for the building to be spotless most of the time.
