To that end, we consistently work on improving both our property and the services we offer, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly when reported through the appropriate channels.
Regarding the concerns you mentioned, we would like to clarify that we have actively addressed various maintenance matters as soon as they were brought to our attention, including pest control, cleanliness, and repairs. Additionally, our team works diligently to maintain common areas, security, and other amenities to the best of our abilities.
