      On March 7th I sent a settlement check in the amount of ********* to be endorsed. The check was from my insurance company state farm. And the purpose of it was to replace the roof on my home. Which is at ******************** Wintergarden fl *****. The claim number is 59-40G0-45w. In the week of March 18th. I called Mr ********************** office to verify that they had received the check. Which they confirmed on the phone ,that they got it. Since then I have been waiting on my part of the settlement which is supposed to be around *****. They avoid my calls and when I get to speak to someone. They don't have answers for me. The say they don't know when they will give me my share. And they already cashed the check according to my insurance company records. I need to replace my roof if not I am good to be dropped by my insurance company and this company is not keeping their end of the deal. I need help to hold them accountable and I need my money.

      This company has withheld my insurance claim payment for months. They give you the run around everytime you call to see about the payments. I emailed, no reply back. When I do get someone on the line, they will say the payment will be made next week, thats been going on for a month. When you call to get the status, it starts the cycle again. Dont appoint them as a public adjuster.

      The ******* ******************** LLC and ********* loss adjuster file a case against my insurance on my behalf. I contacted the insurance and they said had paid the money through ******* insurance law group and to contact my Lawyer. To my suprise because I didn't know a lawyer was involve because so I hired ******** and they hire the lawyer on my behalf. I thought that's good. The insurance had pay a good sum of money. I then contact both law office in my claim and claim that they dont knowwhat i am talking about. Mr ********************** said that the insurance only paid $6500 minus fees. I spoke to a lady from the law office she said she can't give me any info and the manager will call me. Weeks months pass by and they are silent. I keep calling both of them they stop answering my calls so I leave them voicemail and no call back. I called the law office again today and finally got someone and they said that my case is close with the lawyer. I told them I didn't receive the full amount of my payment. After saying that the tune change and was told me that the manager will call me. When I ask for a time frame of the call back. I got no specific time and it was same answer as the last time. Per the insurance document my case was close on December 2022 and I didn't find out until September 2023. Both the law office and claim adjuster are giving Mr the run around. I want both ******** and the ******* insurance law group to pay the proper amount to me.

      I would like a clarification on what is considered 70%.  I want an itemized bill from the contractor that did the work.  I want to see all check of payment submitted by the insurance. I want the contact of all hired Contractors.

      Mrs. ********************** is an adjustment company. I had a problem with ******* about 3 years ago more less ago and they gave me service with the insurance claim. It's been more than 6 months since the insurance company paid for the roof repair and Mrs. ********************** hasn't given me the check to be able to fix the roof

      ***************, is our client, he have two claims with this company, one is for the bathroom CLAIM #:166608 (Status: LITIGATION) and other for the roof CLAIM #:162072 (Status: Close and pay). Both claims take the litigation way, but the roof was close with the lawyer for 19.000$ and that money was sending to our client on ACH this January 2024. The litigation process is a little more extensive than the regular process, since the lawyers take the case and collect evidence from scratch in order to defend the case, we always do our best but we always depend on a third party. We will always be at the service of our clients in giving the best possible explanation to their cases.

      ************* is an adjuster company that received a considerable large amount of money from my insurance company due to a claim that I open for damage to my house which got worse after recent hurricane.,but this people only have provided me with less than half of the amount given by my insurance. They dont answer my calls when I try to find out of the status of this claim.at this moment Im desperate since I dont have a kitchen or a/c and been leaving in a pretty bad condition waiting for this money to make repairs. Money that the insurance company sent to this people back in June/July. Im just looking to get the money that was paid by my insurance company in order to fix the problems in my house.

      To whom it may concern, my name is ********************* with this complaint I want to try to solve my situation with this company, they have perfudicated me in terms of my home insurance nobody has wanted to give me home insurance, because this company best one restoration and Mr ********************** Public Adjusters, also ******* Insurance ************* have taken advantage of me, the services were a joke the kitchen mold and the repairs were never finished, they came to my house charging unfair insurance money because my kitchen continues with mold the same my father *********************, these companies come knocking on the doors of people like us who are vulnerable, and they go to all the houses to see who they deceive, they have a law firm that advises them on these deceptions like ******* Insurance ************* my poor father also fell into this trap with his house, he had to pay out of his own account to fix his bathroom and damage the walls, because they deceived us, I lost participation ar in the insurance emergency water removal services program, the most Citizens will pay for free under your policy for reasonable emergency Mesuares, I lost this help because these companies wanted to only collect money from my insurance for them to earn money for their own benefit, never for help affected people like us, they never informed me and I innocently let myself be convinced, I contacted my insurance to *************************** ********************** Adjuster hes phone# ************ or ********************** when I realized that no company wanted to ***************** that was where I suspected that they were cheating me, this Mr. *** told me that this company received check number ****** made on 03/18/2022 Claim#************* for $7400.00 which until now I have not received anything, after calling this company so much Mr ********************** and I told them that I needed the money from my kitchen urgent because otherwise I would have to *** them and they reported it they sent me an email regarding my money but so far I am still wai
