      My public adjuster wont give me the release letter.I have call them and email them multiple times, after almost 1 year they want to start mediation because i have been on top of them calling them. They have lied to me saying that mediation was going to on May but since they didn't show up for first mediation and took too long to reply mediation will have to go thru the State.1. They fail to show on first mediation.2. on the second mediation they sent the wrong claim to my insurance.3. They didn't kept in contact with me , they didn't sent email and information i requested.4. After i spoke with my home insurance and requested all files , public adjuster fail to respond my Insurance email and calls.5. I have request to the public adjuster my release letter and stop representing me but he denied.6. The public adjuster has fail to show on my first mediation and on the second mediation he had the wrong claim file.7. Insurance advice him to cancel the wrong claim and send the correct one, The insurance states that they won't pay because both claims have the same damages.

      I was referred to Shane Davis, a public adjuster with this company. The following details the FACTS as experienced. The first conversation went well. I sent numerous photos and a synopsis of my home's damage, which Citizens insurance has been extremely reluctant to cover...a whole other ball of wax I continue to endure. What followed were months chasing his team on the phone and via text whilst seeking updates and legitimate answers; I received little. Further on, Mr Davis made no perceivable attempt to inspect my home as, did not meet with me, nor did he provide me any paperwork other than his retaining documentation. I believe there were only two conversations in which he provided valuable information regarding my case, while the rest were me leaving messages and sending texts with little-to-no response...one response from his associate, Christine, stating she would maintain updated communication with me, which did NOT happen. Mr Davis also, in the median portion of this event's chronology, scheduled a personal inspection of my home, stating he would find leaks somewhere (a tornado had hit my house); "The longer we wait, the better...more leaks." No, this is my HOME. Not only did I wait past the appointment time, I had to contact him to ask what happened. He stated he had to drop someone off nearby and he would attend later. At about 2:30 in the afternoon, well past the 9:00 a.m. appointment I was promised, he stated he had to get back on a plane and fly home, followed by his statements that the insurance company was going to reinspect and I just needed to wait. The insurance company informed me that no such secondary inspection was scheduled...ever. After 3 weeks, I contacted my insurance, receiving the aforementioned reply and relinquished Mr Davis from my case and have since to hire lawyers. I highly do not, I repeat DO NOT, recommend these people. I am now almost 7 months into needing a new roof per my current roofing contractor...just awesome, thanks.
