While we sympathize with your position, it is important to note that through all of the agencies you've contacted, none found an issue or a need to be involved. This is the same situation raised in your BBB complaint #********, which was closed 12/11/2022 after it was determined that Nadlan Management and the Ownership had made a good faith effort to answer your complaint.
I would recommend reviewing the submitted response to your complaint.
In terms of your eviction, and the charges associated with regaining possession of your unit, those charges are your responsibility. These charges are clearly stated in the lease agreement that you signed.
As previously mentioned in the complaint response referenced above, the choices you've made to ignore your responsibilities have consequences. This was also confirmed by the Judge presiding over your eviction, ordering your removal from the property and finally returning possession of the unit back to the Ownership.
Although we appreciate your summarization of our company, and respectfully disagree with your conclusion, we still wish you the very best in your future endeavors. As you are also aware, your balance remains due and owing. *************** will be working to collect this debt, and will aggressively seek to do so. Your characterization "a company that only wants your money" may be more appropriate when applied to them.
