            I seen the advertisement on the website for optimal home buyers. We emailed back and forth and they sent me a cash offer for $85,000. After inspection was done they changed the amount even though we had a contract signed. Since I already found a new house in ******* I resigned a contract for $15,000 less and both times they said the price wouldn't change. They sent investors out to my house multiple times with little notice. They gave me a closing date for 4/29/24 . So we put in notice with our jobs, when I started asking about a time for the closing 4 days before the date they gave me they said the could only pay me $55,000. Then 2 days later changed it to $58,000. And the final offer was on the closing date for $65,000. They broke the contract but won't send me the $1,000. In escrow. The ad is all lies

            I signed a contract with them saying the amount they will give me. I complied with what they wanted. I kept calling to see when I can get my money to buy my new house. Well they called me and told me they need to lower what they have in the contract. I personally dont recommend them. They are all talk at the beginning to get you to sign and they will tell you they will give you less.
