      Tuesday June 11, 2024, I attempted to go through Air BnB to book a room in a house in ********, ***** for August 1 to September 1, 2024 (31 nights).I followed all the directions precisely and the Air BnB system simply would not complete the order. I called live support and the very helpful person walked me through the steps to complete the registration (completing my account with Air BnB, since I was to be a new user), however payment on my credit card failed for the 2nd and 3rd time (always with the same error message, which basically says: "there is something wrong with your payment method, please check the name and account number and retry"). Since it was entered by autofill and has worked for 100s or other purchases over the last 4 years, I know there was no error. At the **************** person's suggestion I purchased a AirBnB gift card (ironically using the same **** card they already rejected for the direct rental) and apply that to the bill. I created the card ($1056) and after 24 hours, it was accepted, but rejected as payment for the room. Eventually the live **************** person suggested that since the account for the card was in my wife's name (and even though I have my own card with my name and a unique account number on the card) perhaps that was the issue, so I entered her name and card number. Same negative results. Eventually I entered a MasterCard that is in my name... Same negative results. From Aug ***** made daily attempts by phone/message to help me from at least: 3 employees, + ****** last evening who claimed that he would expedite a refund on the Gift Card. Each time the conclusion is that I need to find another payment method. Today's message is that same story they have given all along; No refunds for gift cards (despite being promised last evening), and I need to find another payment method. I have asked in writing 3-4x since Saturday 6/15/24 and a couple of times verbally for a refund. Still no meaningful action.

      I booked a place to stay for my birthday trip for June *****, and was not made aware that there was a age requirement to book that certain place. So I canceled my booking and got my money refunded but in air bnb credits. Later the next day I found a place that was 18+ to book and I could not book it. Ive tried multiple times and different places to book, but I get the same error every time. Ive talked to countless different people at air bnb and no one helps. *** asked to get my money refunded in my bank account. Ive asked if there was anyway I could transfer air bnb credits to someone else. And *** also just tried to be able to book a place but nothing has worked. I cant used my credit nor can I get it back. Im asking for a full refund of my money.

      I was recommended to Snatched Dolls AirBnB Recovery House for my stay in ***** for my Liposuction surgery. I spoke to a woman named **** over the phone and booked for a 4 night stay. It would cost a total of $800, This included, pick up and drop off at airport. Pick up and drop off at pre-op, surgery, and post-op. It also included room and board for those dates. I placed my $400 deposit on October 27, 2022 and the rest would be paid out on my Pre-op date which was January 23, 2023. Tell me why I tried to call them two weeks before my surgery date to confirm my flight info and airport pick up with them and they didnt answer my calls or text for 2 days. They finally called me after 2 days of trying to contact them. They then confirmed my airport pick up and told me to call them when I landed. On the date of my pre-op I landed in ***** and I called both of their contact numbers over 50 times and no pick up and the only response that I got was via text (see pic below). They never called me back. The only response I got from them was a text message saying How may I help you? I then texted them that I was at the airport waiting and they never responded to any of my text. Now I am out $400 and I had to scramble last minute and book a hotel and a nurse in ***** for my surgery on January 24,2023. Get this, I am not the only one that this happened to. The girls at my pre-op got to talking in the waiting room and I found out 2 other girls were in the same boat as me. Please please help me shut this scamming business down. Surgery is already a stressful and draining time in a girls life and the fact that they would take advantage of women that are in such a vulnerable time in their lives shows you what kind of devils youre dealing with.
