    9/21/22 I paid $1675 for post op nursing care to StayRN. On 3/29/23 I notified StayRN via phone and email my surgery was cancelled and I would like to receive a refund.On 4/4/23 I emailed again stating, I have not received a response on my refund request.On 4/18/23 After calling multiple times I received an email stating I was due a refund. They wrote, Kindly send your CashApp details and we will process a refund of $ ****** within the next 24 to 48 hours upon receivingthe required information.I did not see this email until 4/24/23 and I responded with my CashApp $tanishank I have not received a refund or response since. I have called multiple times, left voicemails, text messages, emails, and a message on instagram. I received an automated response via text that they received my message and the message on instagram was read by the company with no response. When I called, I spoke to ****** twice and she said the message was relayed to the manager. Now they wont answer my calls. The company is completely ignoring me to avoid providing a refund.

    The customer service and communication was great when confirming my service and then taking my payment. I purchased the 36 hour package with an IV drip. The customer service began to dwindle after I received my first 24 hours of care. The only people who communicate are the CNAs because the non direct contact phone line only rings or goes straight to voicemail. My second nurse was a No Show, leaving me without care for over 8 hours as the CNA that they called in was late. Since I was unable to contact anyone via t phone, I had to rely on the CNA’s to send messages to management regarding my IV Drip. I am (6) days post op and still have not received a call from management regarding the service not being rendered or received a refund. From my understanding, it was imperative that the IV drop be received within the first () hours after surgery. Based on the lack of attention and communication I would not recommend this company. The owners/nurses ********* ****** and ***** ******** never bothered to contact me or follow up regarding my standardized care.  I am giving two stars because the CNAs are nice and have integrity.
