I am a former patient at ************. I reported to *** and **** about one of their staff physically attempting to attack me and verbally abusing me. On 6/3/24 ****** charged after me and called me a tramp. on 6/2/24 **** yelled at me and told me that she will make sure that I get kicked out and wrote me up.On another occasion, **** threatened to punch another patient. Both **** and ****** have not been disciplined, instead I was kicked out. When I was being kicked out, **** yelled at me telling me what I said does not matter. when I asked *** if I could talk to explain, he told me to let **** talk. I feel like this was extremely unfair considering other clients have been physically caught in the acts of ***, have tried to pay women for ***, have physically beat up other clients, have repeatedly broken the contract by abusing drugs and alcohol.. A couple of clients there had *** with multiple clients there and this information is known to **** but no behavioral action has been taking. The staff picks and chooses who and when they want to write people up. **** kicked me out due to personal reasons, Admitting that she wants me to be dismissed. Had ***************** my file, she wouldve known that I came from abuse, sexual abuse and trauma. **** is aggressive, threatening, and abusive. any white people who have broken the rules or who have harassed colored people have been slapped on the wrist or awarded. A female client there is buying drugs in exchange for favors with men and when they decline, she reports them. Even when the men have reported to staff no action is taken. they take her word for it and punish the men. **** is causing this place to go into shambles, the staff in unprofessional, numerous reports have been made and no one from Zinnia has reached out to me at this time.Initial Complaint

On September 14, 2023 I left the Zinnia Health facility to transfer to one that better fit my needs. They didn't want to discharge me so I had to AMA from there. I was told I could come the following morning to get them but ******* told by a different supervisor that morning that I had to wait 72 hours until I could get my belongings. I got non-emergency police Miami-Dade involved and they said that the faclity had the right to hold my belongings because of a paper. I haven't been able to get in contact with someone from Zinnia Health in regards to the facility withholding my belongings. Its very disappointing when I was told I could not receive my property back. List of my belongings:Green suitcase Light purple reebok backpack Light blue little reebok backpack Laptop with charger Ashes in a little purple sack bag Laundry sack with clothes and shoes Laundry basket with toileties and clothes Blue folder with papers, coloring pages and a mini journal Anatomy and physiology coloring book 1 sparkly pink pencil pouch with gel pens 1 floral pencil pouch with coloring pencils Red iPhone Medications Wallet with insurance cards, debit card, military license , etc card etc IPhone charger
