Brand new roof was put into my home to stop leakage, and leakage continues to occur. So much leakage has occurred that there is a hole in my garage ceiling and has destroyed the popcorn removal I also paid for. The company has attempted to fix the problem, however, in my last attempt in reaching them for the same matter, the company has not returned my call, and ******* continues to leak causing possible mold.Business response

Good afternoon,
We installed ************** roof in early of 2022. About a year after all was finalized she had a leak in a prior trouble area near a cricket, valley and step flashing. It is a very intricate area.
We did all the work with permits, and had final inspection provided by the county.
We have always showed up and set appointments to return to property and fix the issue. This time when she reached out the last time and filed the complaint, I was out of town and as a mom and a business owner ( I had a newborn at the time and a toddler, that were also sick) it has been an adjustment. I was not able to reach back to her in a timely manner and she decided to file a complaint through BBB.
With that said, we have never hid from her or denied any contribution on our part. We stand by our 10 year workmanship warranty and anytime she has reached out, we have always gone out to repair the issue.
Unfortunately, this leak has been a little mistery to us as it continues to leak after us repeatedly securing the area. Sometimes it leaks, sometimes it does not.
She has a small hole in her garage ceiling (about the size of a dime) and I have assured to her that we will be responsible for paying for it to be fixed. Shes aware of this and wants to be certain there is no more leaks before fixing but we are on standby to send payment for the repair of her ceiling due to the damages from the leak.
We had a lot of rain about two weeks ago and she said no more water had filtrated inside. We went ahead and secured the entire area with hot asphalt this time to secure it and make sure no water gets in so we are hoping that does the trick.
As stated above, we have always been complaint with her, everytime and understand her being upset as we are too.
It is not something ideal for neither of us but we have always showed up time after time to fix the issue.
