      My friend ******************************* booked this stay for me b/c she was booking 3 rooms for our party.I had to cancel due to a family emergency but she was not allowed to cancel the reservation due to 3 rooms being booked but only needed 2. She booked with booking.com and not direct with hotel. It seems as if the whole reservation was cancled, because when she arrived at the hotel, they had all the rooms canceled but then said she needed 2. So they fixed it and gave her the 2 rooms. So only 2 out of 3 rooms were used. The hotel knows this. Booking # is **********.We had called back in May to get this resolved and emails went back and forth between booking.com and the hotel and I thought it was resolved but ****** said it never was and never got refunded. here are the details of the reservations rate: $214.70 For stay on 4/29/2023 check out 4/30/2023 hotel Holiday Inn ***** North-I95 ************************************************ Reservation made with ******************************* phone ************ Booking.com states their emails were also ignored like mine have been. I sent over 6 emails with no response. They state the hotel needs to waive the cancellation fee which is the amount of the room and then booking.com can issue the refund from the virtual card.I am requesting for Natasa to be refunded or for I to be paid so can pay back Natasa. This hotel has no customer service when are not bothering to respond to anyone about this issue for almost a year now Thanks

      We are reaching out to you in hopes you can help with our concerns with Holiday Inn.Purchasing a timeshare with Holiday Inn has been the worse mistake we have made financially.The amount of lies and psychological manipulation they deploy is enough to make anyones head spin. When you first sat down with your reps **************** *******************, and most recently *****************************) you always told the same thing, how the previous sales rep was wrong and what you need to fix all of your problems is an upgrade. No matter how many times you tell them no or attempt to leave it never works. You end up being stuck there for hours upon hours.When they finally break you down enough that you agree there is no time to read the contracts.When you try to ask questions or even look through the contract papers, they are snatched from you with the next signature page shoved in your face. My health has been deteriorating and medical bills are piling up from my medical condition. I have tried to contact Holiday Inn directly with letters and calls but all they tell me is too bad I signed a contract. Holiday Inn is heartless and I wish I never would have sat in that initial presentation. Please please help us with Holiday inn an get them to take back all of these points.
