I wouldn't give a rating it is sad to say the customer service at the corporate level is unacceptable. Me and my husband have had several issues when we order on the app. But as long as this restaurant has been in business customer support should be better. I had issues with the app not adding an offer to the cart but still took my money before making sure the order was correct. Consequently. The order was incorrect and I spent more just try to correct the order. Then you try to get help but the employees in the store can't help you. That the app managed by the corp. But you can't reach anyone because all the numbers and emails are wrong. I expect more from an established business. I would like a refund and not a coupon. For past 2 years Burger King has been the closest place to eat on my way to work and the mess up my order numerous times. Now although the mess *** are not my fault they refuse to give me a refund on my order even at this point its really starting to feel like I'm being robbed. I have a few emails to show they are refusing to give my money back for orders I did not receive.Review from Nate M

The Burger King ******* program is a scam. They expired my ******* points without warning, and refuse to reinstate them. Their customer service reps are a joke - they are not helpful and have been derisive to me. Burger King should rethink their approach - a ******* program is supposed to encourage customers to come back and visit more, not upset them and drive them away.There laissez-faire attitude has upset me enough that I refuse to visit another BK location, and actively tell everyone that their programs are a scam. It's a shame that this is not a food problem, but the app and ******* program that did this.Review from Karen C

Just had my first bad experience at ******* and ***********. Ordered 2 Whopper Juniors and fries. It took them 20 minutes after I paid for my toapget my order. I asked why it took so long and was told they were short handed but the girl at window wasnt helping get the food ready.***** told to come help. I am 80 yrs old. She was not very nice. They got my order wrong. They setup there support system so that the only way to get on contact is through a dumb chat box. They will ignore your emails because they know they are pocketing your money and there is nothing you can do about itReview from Carla B.

I have been trying to reach out to someone for almost a month about an incident at the ******************* 7607 ****************** location. I have emailed the corporate office and they emailed me but nobody has given me my money back . The food I ordered I took sick for 6 days with food poisoning I will never go to another burger king all I want is my money back. All the numbers for corporate office are wrong and I'm tired it will cost more if my attorney proceed. I have pictures of the receipt and I sent them to corporate office they are aware of it but they will not do anything about it. The manager at the location hung up in my face and that's not right none of this is right.Review from Scott W

ALL BURGER KINGS ARE OVER CHARGING WITH HIDDEN FEES. I CLEARLY ************* IS INCLUDED FOR A BREAKFAST COMBO. BUT THEY UPCHARGE YOU 90 CENTS. THIS IS ADDING UO TO BE PROBABLY MILLIONS NATION WIDE THAT THEY ARE OVER CHARGING !! THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED AND ACCOUNTED FOR. Sent photo and receipt on 05/26/24 of Chicken Deluxe sandwich that went beyond improperly prepared food - the meat was unidentifiable. My discussion with manager at time was that it happenssandwich is sent that way from main distribution. I pointed out their serious quaility control issue and impact on me as a customer. To date, no response. Communication with BK was via email:I can provide BBB with the photos. ***************************
