I was going all the time to Pollo Tropical in ***** on ****** and *********. On the eveing of October 11th I went to purchase dinner around 4 or 5pm and they kept my card. I went back the next day and the evening Manager told me they had THROWN AWAY MY CREDIT CARD "because that is what they do," she said. I went to the Pollo Tropical website where it says contact us and there is no where to report what happened.

I had a delivery from ********************************************************* location, and food was missing. In the past this has happened, and if you call that location and leave a VM message, they will not call you back. I've called the toll free # and put in a claim, and it's been over a month, and no calls, no refunds, and every rep that answers says, someone will call you. Nothing yet.

Ordered delivery from Apollo Tropical 5 blocks away. My order was wrong . Missing items. Overcharged for food an delivery. Didn't package food with proper amount of churasco steak. Only two small strips. Tried to call restaurant 11 times and no answer. I am unable to drive do to I have cancer. I want a full refund of $27.76 Sincerely,****** P

Today 07/12/22 went through drive through window order a shrimp ceviche bowl, when I receive it, it didnt smell right, so I thought it was the bag, but when I got home you can clearly see this food was rotten, its like they got this out the garbage, I will never buy from them again, this was off ********** on ****************, please people go inside so you can see what you are getting,

Don't you ever order from this ****** restaurant , I placed and paid my order online at 1:00 pm they says allow me 10 minutes and the order should be ready , witch i did , at 1: 20 i was there ready to pick my order wait Until 2:20 and my order was not ready , I ask for refund , they say I have to go back online to claim for my refund , I went online to claim my money and the online place advise that only the restaurant can give back a refund , at this point eider the restaurant or the online place take responsibility for my money ,my order number was

I never get my money back which is a Rip off ...............

Where is the reliable customer service department? I have called many times to resolve an issue with my app and not being able to apply points. An employee would answer, put the concern into the system --I guess--, and say someone will call you back. No one ever returns any calls to resolve any issues. I have even reached out via email to customercontact (at)pollotropical.com, yet no one responds. What an unprofessional business! Hire people that actually want to work. At least in customer service, one is sitting at the computer all day, yet he/she cannot even respond to an email. What are you paying these people to do? Also, at the Pollo restaurant in Hallandale--west-- they had this young, African American female standing outside taking orders at 8 pm at night. It was like two cars in the drive-thru. Would the manager herself stand out there like that? Disgusting!

I bought a Cuban sandwich only to bite into what I can assume is a piece of bone and it was so sharp. Thank god I bite it because god only knows that none could have punctured something in my body.

I was not the only one in line, there were more than 5 people and they did not want to eat the order, it is incredible how this food chain employs people without education
KeysyI and glory are the managers should give some education to these managers so that they will be better educated
Shame on the treatment they give us to the Latino community in this ****** restaurant
