On 9/10/23, I ordered a pair of boots from Mia Shoes. I paid $8.00 to have them delivered by 9/15/23. I didn't receive the boots. On 9/15/23, since I hadn't gotten the boots, I got on ***'s website and tried to chat with them to find out why. I never received a response. I reached out to ***** and they said they could not be delivered to a P.O. Box. I was never told that from the beginning. I was told I would have to drive to the ***** distribution center which is about 18 miles away from where I'm staying. I went there and tried the boots on and they are huge and horrible so I want to return them. I tried reaching *** again to request my $8.00 shipping cost back, along with my refund. They finally responded on 9/25/23 and flat out refused to return that money.Initial Complaint

The date of Transaction was 8/3/23 For 3 pairs of shoes Tracking number #**** that continues to have a "processing" message. There is no 800# to contact this company.When attempting to send the company an email via their website after submission an error displays "there is an error trying to send your message, please try again". Order number ******* i purchased several pairs of shoes online on Aug 8, 2022. By November 2022 2 out of 5 pairs of my shoes broke so i emailed the company for a resolution. The policy for return or exchange is 30days, however this product broke. I was not looking for a refund, but a replacement pair of shoes. This request was denied because I was outside of the 30day rule. I called and spoke to a representative, *********** with MIA Shoes and again was told, "sorry, nothing they could do", however she offed to transfer me to her manager, ****************** with MIA Shoes. I forwarded my email at that point to ******************, and also sent her pictures of the shoes. I was again told NO since i was outside of the 30day **** I could not have a replacement pair, or a pair equal to my pair, but since they "value our customers, we are going to THIS ONE TIME give you a credit" to go toward a future purchase. the credit was for 25$ which does not cover 1 pair of broken shoes and i have 2 pair that broke. I asked for the reasonable amount of time i could expect their shoes to last me? and i could not get an answer. I messaged the company on Instagram, I was told by that rep that they "do not warranty their shoes". very disappointed that the company does not stand behind their product. They are high heels, it's not as if i was hiking ********** in them.... I wore them out to diner and drinks, like one would do with cute new shoes. 25$ credit is just not the solution i'm looking for. I would like a replacement of both pairs of shoes or a credit equal to the shoes i purchased.
