I purchased a jacket on Jun 5th. I paid $48.98 and have not receive the item or any notifications about it. The page only states the order is confirmed. I contacted them multiple times and have not receive any response. I want my money back!Initial Complaint

Placed an order on 7/17/2022. Still havent revived my item. **************** is horrible with responding. They stayed I would get a refund for the full amount on 9/15, but I still havent received anything. I then received an email that my order has shipped, but havent received the items. According to the tracking info, the order is just going around in circles without delivery. No information on what carrier has the package or how to get a hold of them to receive it. I made an online order on July 17, 2022 for $173.93 with the online merchant Nipkit. Order #***************************** of calling have gotten no response or expected shipping or delivery date for over two weeks. I've sent an online inquiry through their online contact provided on their website and have also received no answer. I would like a full refund but I'm sure based on other complaints found here I will get some sort of excuse or shenanigans in order to not acquiesce.
