      Hello I purchase a toy car from Upzy. They called me after stating I had to pay a additional $200 for another item the one I wanted wasnt in stock.Then they called back stating they didn't have the item but could send me the one on my original order for '$50 shipping at the time. I had no idea that was wrong to do. Then I had to file a claim to get them to release the $150.Now about the item. It was defective,dented tire,seam split on the edge,3 dents in the door,terribly scratched headlight ****************************** was chipped paint & paint faded off behind the seat that would be from wear.They put the fault on Moderno Kids. I have had a case filed with them since January. I financed the item..Upzy sent them.emails stating I wasn't returning emails. On the 14th of March we came to a agreement through email of $120 back. I have the email proof of them agreeing and stating they are just waiting for funds to be released. Do you know they contacted the finance company on the 18th stating I never responded & they can offer $20 back! The finance company informed me of this and sent me all the emails from Upzy,they edited so many emails. I sent the finance institution all the removed emails. They paid extra attention to the email stating I never responded sent on the 18th but I gavs proof we came to agreement on the 14th. That is a breaking of contract agreement if this was a court situation everything would be in my favor because Upzy lied and tampered with EVIDENCE.After showing the finance company everything they were appalled & opened my claim again. Upzy can not be trusted. I saw complaints about their shipping & damaged items on this BBB site after the fact. I have every email to prove Upzy is dishonest.They downplayed my concerns as simple cosmetic damage.I sent the proof otherwise to the company as well. They need to be stopped because this is not the first complaint & wont be the last.I can supply all email proof upon request.This has effected my health

      I placed a bulk order on Jan 19, 2024 for UnoMas Peaches and Cream vapes (10). The product I received does not work at all. The vapes are either leaking or burned with a chemical taste. The box lacked the identifying sticker as do the vapes. This is clearly fraudulent product which has been sold at retail price. The branding does not match nor does the function. I am especially mad about this because there were clearly no quality checks in the production of the fraudulent item. Not only did they take $100.00 from me but they are trying to pass off potentially dangerous vapes as authentic for the same price. I would like a refund as soon as possible. I contacted them but the more I think about it the more I feel like everyone should know what they are getting into if they purchase from this company. I trust UnoMas the real brand as I have used their products for years to quit smoking. I do not trust ******** at all.

      ***** was able to locate the consumer's order using her email. ***** advised that consumers have 14 days to reach out and notify them upon receipt of their orders about any issues and the ****** never reached out to them. They went on to say that they are only the re-sellers and not the manufacturers for the product. If consumer believes there is a safety hazard with products they are to reach out to UnoMas. However, ***** and ****** wouldn't ************* with the consumer directly to assist and advised that she call ************ to speak with either of them.

      I placed an online order with ******** Vapes on 12/29/23 & received it on 1/4/24. Out of the 10 bottles of ejuice in my order, 4 of them were expired. Pics of my order, the ejuice bottles, the expiration dates, & the 4 emails I sent to the company & the 1 initial response I received from the company are included in this complaint. Ive also included a text I received last year on 7/7/23 pertaining to another order in which the company sent me rancid juice that was, according to their text, on a shelf that we were getting rid of, andwe still believe the juices are unusable as for health reasons. As of this moment, a week after establishing contact, ******** Vapes has my money & I dont have the expected unexpired product I ordered, nor have I received any kind of follow-up response, let alone an apology or refund. In the event the company doesnt respond to this complaint & issue my deserved refund, I have already contacted ***** credit card services with all of the same pertinent information in order to initiate a dispute if necessary. I have also filed a fraud report with the **** & I plan to reach out to the **** ATF, TTB, & *** about possible PACT act violations (utilizing *** for shipping, as well as not requiring an Adult Signature for delivery). My job, that I take extremely seriously, is literally to counsel people on how to utilize the Better Business Bureau, the **** & how to initiate credit card disputes, as well as educating consumers on their rights under the law. None of this is a joke, especially when there are potential health concerns, & from personal experience, these online vape companies essentially operate like the wild west, & remain largely unregulated & unsupervised. You cant accept payment from customers & simply disappear when there are questions, complaints, or valid feedback. More exact details of this situation are included in the resolution portion of this complaint as character limits didnt allow me to include them here.

      I immediately emailed the company and included pics of the expired product on 1/4 @ 6:03pm, and received a response email from the company afew hours later on 1/5 @ 12:47am saying theyd refund me for 2 of the bottles where the expiration date was verifiable in my photos, but requesting clearer pics of the other 2 expired bottles. I emailed clearer pics of those requested bottles on 1/5 @ 5:37amand then again on 1/5 @ 4:46pmand then again on 1/8 @ 12:51pm. I have yet to hear anything back from the company. As I am concerned about retaliation from this wholly unprofessional company, I am hoping you can take over further communication with them. I do not wish to hear a thing from them, except to see a refund issued. Any further unwanted communication from them will be attached to this complaint and to my FTC fraud report. *** created a shared photo album with all aforementioned
      pics included, as well as *** policy regarding vape products. ******************************************* If you need anything furtherfrom my end, do not hesitate to ask as I am happy to help in any possible way that I can. Thank you for everything you do and everythingyou stand for. Each of the 4 products were $14.99, for a total of $59.96. However, there was a New Years 30% discount applied to the order, so the end total for those 4 expired products, with the discount applied, is $41.97. I also paid $13.99 for shipping, which would have
      been lower if not for the number of products in my order. Because a portion of my order was expired products, Id also like a refund for theshipping costs I paid for those expired products (essentially, however much it would normally cost to send those 4 products by themselves). Coincidentally, I would have been more than happy to accept a replacement shipment of the same products, unexpired, if they had ever cared to respond to me. Its unfortunate that it had to come to this.

      I placed bulk order of online elf bars(6). I used this shop online cause best deal. Vapes finally come n are totally not tasting anything like flavor ordered. I know flavor well. I buy alot. When I contact to ask of i could return the 5 unopened ones(1was open cause i tried it ). They wont respond to emails. Then finally fid n said send back but im responsible for shipping. Fine again. I asked for label. I was sent qn address instead. I know when you return to business you get a label. They wouldnt respond. I decided to write a review documenting this. Well within 3 min i receive an email saying to take down the bad ************* would send me the return label( i have the email as proof). We went back n ********* finally agreed cause i really just wanted to return for refund. Still i got no label sent to do return. So i understand just being about a review is not ur business but the fact that they basically bribed me to only take my order back n send label was if they saw that i took down bad review n until they verified I would not get it. I waited over an hour n still nothing. So i think this belongs with u even though i did review. I dont think this is the appropriate way for a business to respond. They were either stale or marked wrong. Flavor waz way off. They were all sealed still n able to be resold or whatever if they chose to. But this has gone on for days. They wont answer phone(cant leave message because machine full). Ignored all my messages until they saw the bad review. This is unacceptable. Please help me. B B I understand them saying *********** but i promise this isnt right flavor. I guarantee it n what they are doing and how im being treated is unacceptable. I have them unopened except 1 i tried and only want refund. They also told me i had to pay for them to send me return label n even when i agreed i never received it. They did this to me for 2 days.       date of transaction : 11/28/22 I spent about 70-80$They advertised a certain model on their website and sent me something different. Soley due to this I should be entitled to a return or exchange. I spoke to the manufacture from the company website, and they assured me authentic products come with a valid authentication code/ registration code. These devices did not authenticate They addressed my concerns aggressively and implied I know nothing of what *** talking about. Seller sales unauthentic products, that do not authenticate on manufacturer website. Sent me a product that was not what I ordered or advertised on their site. They proceeded to tell me they know the owners of the vaporizer companies and refused to take back my order even though it's not what I ordered.I'm sure maybe half of their inventory is authentic but it's a ******. They let me know that the problem is with the authentication codes not them. They even sale models not advertised on the manufacture site. They have no accountability.

      I bought vapes from this online shop. I bought a total of 6. 3 were great and worked perfectly. The other 3 leaked nicotine vape juice in my mouth. This is not normal formal a vape and very nasty and probably not healthy to ingest. I just asked the store for an exchange the same day they arrived and I got an email saying no they won't exchange because they were opened. How can I tell they were defective without opening the package? I just want a refund now and I will not do business with them again.
