      Order was placed on 02/05/23 - Received confirmation email with ORDER ID #****. Received no status update.Reached out to their Contact Us email alias on 02/20/23 - no response.On 02/23/23 - received email saying order on the way - it shows a **** tracking number (******************************) but it has been sitting at this stage for almost a month. It shows as a label as been created but waiting on the item.Since 02/23/23 I have not heard any communication or updates from The Game Island. Ive tried to reach this company through every channel and they will not return any communications. They are scamming people of their hard earned money and need to be shut down. All Im asking for is a refund because I have no hope that I will ever receive the item I paid for from these scam artists.

      I submitted an order of the amount $239.98, order ****. I had waited 3 weeks with no update on the status of the order. I reached out to their support email at ********************************* never recrived a response. I attempted to contact them through instagram messenger, ******** messenger, and whatsapp. I finally recreived a response saying that they were waiting on a battery. I reached out again after 2 weeks asking whats going on. They said it was scheduled to ship the beginning of the next week. Now after 2 and a half weeks there was still no update. I reached out again about the lack of shipping and was ignored.

      I purchased a game from the game island and paid ***** for it. The game came and it did not work. The company said that they would send a replacement label to send it back in exchange for a different game. A return label was never received and I could not get in contact with them after that.

      I ordered several *** games, *** console, an extra controller, and a *** Gamepad back in June. I received all of my order but complete box set of Goonies 2 for *** and the *** Gamepad. I have sent multiple emails, and made multiple phone calls. I did get someone on the phone in September and they said that they would call me back. I have received no further contact from the store and still have not received my items.

      Ordered a game from them. They took my money and never sent the game. After trying multiple times and ways to contact the business they've ignored my grievances and still haven't sent the game or a possibility of a refund for the item I purchased.
