POOR STAFFING AND SERVICE, LIES, OFFICE MANAGER BEEN PUTTING ME OFF FOR MY DOORS, IVE VEWN WAITING 8 MONTHS FOR MY DOORS TO BE INSTALLED 5 MONTHS IT TOOK TO GET THE FRONT DOOR AND 3 MONTHS LATER AND MY SIDE DOOR IM STILL WAITING FOR, FIRST FOR THE SIDEBDOOR MEASUREMENTS WRONG, IT'S JUST BEEN A NIGHTMARE, THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE APRIL, I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO, I NEED SOME HELP PLEASE

It has been extremely unfortunate that this customer has had to wait this long, but it is not due to A1 property services.
We used a 3rd party vendor for the order of this customers doors as she was given a friends and family discounted price. The third party Vendor is *** ******** and the wait time on doors due to the on going material shortages that everyone in the world is now experiencing has been anywhere from 13 to 20 weeks. The doors were measured properly and ordered properly due to the sales persons measurement and report. When the doors arrived and install was scheduled on site we noticed that the doors were ordered the same size when the side door was actually more narrow. This was explained to the customer, and the option of installing as is "Which would create more work than necessary" or ordering the proper size to not have to alter electric or floor tiles, after discussing we all agreed to order proper size door. This was expedited and our company took on the expense of this process at no charge to the customer. The door was delivered over 4 weeks ago with a broken glass from Eco, it was refused and sent back, they fixed the glass and delivered 2 weeks ago with no door hardware, which the customer has already paid for, and we refused the delivery, the door was again attempted to be delivered to us this week on Tuesday, and once again no hardware was included so the door once again was refused back to *** ********

The customer can call *** direct if she would like to discuss this in more detail with them.
However, A1 Property has been more than helpful and understanding with the customer thru this dreadful process.
It is not due to any act of A1 Property as to why this customer has not gotten the delivery of this door.

Also Note: the customer purchased doors with raw install only, A1 has in good faith due to all the delays offered at no cost to the customer to stucco and finish the door frame on both doors at no cost to the customer, which is a savings of over $1500.

It is unfair to Review A1 with a 1 star rating, when in fact the staff at A1 has been very informative and understanding to her during this entire ordeal. The Office Manager has been in communication with her thru the process and has kept her in the loop.

A1 Property takes pride in its work and customer service is key. This is just a very unfortunate situation that is truly out of our control.
