I chose ****** Roofing because I accessed this website and saw the reviews and ratings of the customers. I sent an e-mail at night and the next day, early in the morning, I received a telephone call from ******. He was charming, honest, very informative, and professional. His expertise was evident. ****** explained the work in detail and took care of all the paperwork. The workers were punctual, fast, and conscientious. I am glad I made the right decision. ****** Roofing did an excellent job at our home. They were very responsive with my questions, quick, efficient and professional. They are TIMELY which is a huge thing for me. My time is sacred and most companies are either late or are a no show but that wasn't their case. They took time to carefully assess damage and explain it to us in detail. I recently had the pleasure of working with HOFFS Roofing and Metal Works for a roofing project, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. If you want your roof repaired or redone, theres only one company to call, Hoffs Roofing. Honest, dependable, on time and on budget. The way things were and the way things should be. Refreshing to see the kind of customer service they provide. Updated us on the progress of the work and thoroughly explained everything every step of the way. Hoffs has re-roofed two of my homes. Just had my roof replaced by Hoffs roofing and am completely satisfied. Talked me through the whole process, turned up on time with a large team and kept everything remarkably clean as they went. Owner was there to oversee the team and keep me updated with progress. Very honest and experienced, super easy to deal with and very fair pricing. These guys are the best. ****** is extremely professional and detail oriented. They did a great job repairing my roof and did something almost impossible in Miami - they showed up on time. Price was reasonable for the work they did and when it comes time to replace ******* I am going to do it with them as it is very difficult to find trustworthy people in this industry where i live.Review from Olga C
