            we bought the house at *************** in May of last year. immediately had issues with the added bathroom they put in the house. they sent someone out multiple times to fix the issue and didnt. they busted up the shower, left it busted and never came back. we ended up having to spend over $500 to stop the flooding in our bathroom, and still to this day they stopped taking our calls, after promising to come back out and fix it. the owner said he wanted to come look at it himself. we have multiple text messages stating this, we have called, emailed, texted. this has caused up to have to cut dry wall out of our bed room to stop the mold growth, as well as pull up floors in our room. they have simply stopped responding and we cant use our 2nd bathroom. we would like this issues corrected by a company of our choosing, and for them to fix it. that's all we want. i have several more videos, pictures, text message images that can be provided if necessary. we informed them of this issue on June 22nd. we moved in on may 5th.
