Company was contracted in October 2022 to repair existing leaks and install a new roof. They were to start within 30 days. Never heard from them. Called them the end of January ******************************** February, 2023. They ripped the existing roof off and then disappeared for several weeks. They finished the roof the end of February 2023. Upon the first rainfall the roof leaked where it leaked before the replacement. We called them repeatedly after each rainstorm and they sent someone out who walked around on the roof and then left, We have called them repeatedly and no one gets back to us to arrange for them to come out and fix the leaks. We paid them to fix the interior damage caused by the original leaks. The ceiling is now leaking and and the dining room ceiling is falling down. We have an addition with a flat roof that was replaced 9 years ago. We have no leaks on the flat roof. ******************************* from Pro Form keeps trying to blame the problem on the flat roof but all the leaks are under the new roof. I now have a $20,000. loan to pay and a roof that leaks as badly as it did before the roof was replaced. All I want is for them to fix the leaks that were not fixed before they laid the new roof.Initial Complaint

We signed the contract with Proform May last year through financing. The roof is already installed and they already got paid by ******* (finance). The problem is that Proform went ahead and installed the straps for the roof without a permit so it resulted that did not pass inspection. They cant schedule an inspection because the permit has to be submitted. I called the *********************** and I was told that they need either to submit this papers or extend the permit that expires on April 12, in about a week. When I signed the satisfaction completion form I was assured by the project manager that this form that needed to be submitted was an email away and that within a week the roof would be inspected. Three months later this has not happened and Im tired of continuously calling them and given all kinds of excuses. I would really like to resolve this matter. It doesnt feel right that this job is paid for and that the inspection is not yet finalized. Thank you
