I would absolutely , positively, NEVER in a million years ever work with such a corrupt company again. Not only did they NOT finish the job, the roof leaks every time it rains. The owner, nor the non-professional contractor (******) will NOT answer our phone calls or our attorneys phone call. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed that this company has gotten away with the robbery they call service. They are complete SCAMMERS. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT give these people your money. They will come, do part of the work, be rude and not finish. They disrespected my mom, as well as my sister. My nieces had to sleep in the living room for weeks because of the mold in their bedrooms. Floors in two rooms had to be relaxed. The entire attic is flooded and still leaks. We have receipts, photos, videos, text messages and emails to prove it. I would say you get what you pay for, however, it was very expensive. If you have not realized by now, I am beyond mortified at this disgusting excuse for a company. I will write a review on every single platform, including the notice I sent to the *** because of this scam of a company.Review from Frank H

****** will be your main point of contact from the beginning to the completion of your roof install for *****, **. He is great at getting back to you at first**** my new roof was installed quickly looks great. After the install and payment, you will likely never hear back from him or the company. You can call them and leave messages and emails and they will get your hopes up and just won't confirm anything further with you. As part of my contract I was supposed to get an additional feature of the double strap, but it was overlooked. Additionally when I asked for photos of the double strap they did send me photos, but likely of a different house. I then hired an inspector to come check the work and they provided me with the photos showing it was not installed. After months of trying to reach them all I can do is warn others on different media sources to be wary of them. Mistakes can happen along the way, but providing good customer service is what will give you more clients in the long run.
