Job was done in March 2023, after hurricane ***. The completed job was supposed to be $16,900 and oral agreement between my neighbor and myself. I hire Trejos on the word of my neighbor, who stated they would do a much better job than any of the other quotes that I had sent them to show them what I was looking to have done. On the final payment, I deducted for damage caused by their carelessness.. I have spoken to them several times about the issues I was having all to no avail. The owner did come out and look at the ******** job that was done and sent someone the next day However, there was much more done improperly then he fixed.. he began invoicing me in December 1 579. Whats the invoice number. There were many no Kohls, and no shows before the work was started in March. That was just the beginning of the problem. The workers came to my home at 12 oclock on a Friday afternoon to begin work, and I had to tell them to get off the roof at dark neighbors were complaining about the noise. They proceeded to pitch tents in my backyard to spend the night. That seemed totally unprofessional to me. The truck that contains the garbage from the roof sat in my driveway for four days after the job was finished blocking my garage. The drip edge is galvanized steel and looks like it has been used before The shingles they put up were not in the best of shape either I have pictures to support all of this. It is now leaking in several areas. I want this made right by their insurance company. Someone needs to come out and repair this and be sure there is no mold where the roof has been leaking. I would like a deduction in the invoice to pay to have my house printed the current invoice I have is $1700. There is absolutely no ventilation and within years my shingles will be trash. It is caused ** issues as the ** cannot keep up with the amount of heat in the attic.

      Re: ********************* Case #********
      Dear Sir or Madam:
We are very sorry ************** feels this way about our company, we are willing to find a remedy like we have before. After completing Ms. ****** roof around March, 2023, ************** owed more than 50% of the contract price. Regardless, we continued to visit her worksite every time she called us. On one occasion we showed up and she was not home as she had agreed. We returned the next day in the afternoon. As to the shingles not being in the best of shape they were delivered to her roof in GAF *********************** (see photo), as to the drip edge it is Mill finish and those are watermarks, as to ventilation we replaced the existing, and a deduction to the invoice to pay for painting, we believe this condition is pre- roof installation.
After attempts to collect the debt from **************, she communicated that she would pay when we provided a final inspection. We advised that it would be a couple of months down-the-road due to delays from the ******************* caused by Hurricane *** workload. On May 28, 2023, ************** sent a text communication that the final inspection was the next  the 29th (which we were aware) and the she would be forwarding payment, no payment was receive that day not even after a final inspection. Communications continued through June 5,2023 about payment delays, Ms. ****** was traveling, ***** issues, apologies, having to check with her insurance company and attorney, excuses, etc. We can provide these text communications, if needed.   ************** owes $2,000.00 to date.
We do not neglect our responsibility to ************** or any other customer.
We are willing to install a contractor stock type Wind Turbine vent and give her a $1,700.00 adjustment on her outstanding invoice with Trejos Roofing LLC to settle this matter.
************** should be made aware that having anyone other than Trejos Roofing LLC do work on her roof will void her Warranty with Trejos Roofing LLC.
We would like assurances from ************* to discontinue attempting to tarnish Trejos Roofing LLCs name and good standing.
      Sincerely,
      **** Trejos
