The Last time I spoke to ************************* was on 01/18/22 he came to my home told me he was going to get back with me to send someone to re measure the kitchen to make sure before he ordered the cabinets. Two weeks later after my numerous calls I spoke with him and he said it will cost more to do the Kitchen then he said he was going to give me My Money back As of today Jan. 31, 2023 I have not received anything. Please see within:08/02/2022 my letter to him, 08/23/2021 $10,000.00 check He cashed and Contract. I am Requesting REFUND and DAMAGES. No Kitchen for one year and one half. I will be 80 years old and a 100% Disabled VET 21 years in the Military Retired 2011.Initial Complaint

I entered into a contract with Yes Roofing through Ygrene, which provides PACE financing. I selected the tile color Desert Blend. Yes Roofing installed a completely different color, acknowledged their mistake and agreed to pay me $2500 once they received payment from Ygrene. I have attached conversations with both the sales rep and the company owner's wife as well as the original agreement sent to me in color, and then my signed copy I sent back to them. ******* specifically told me he could not send me the agreement until he got permission from the owner. A day later I received the agreement that I would receive $2500 delivered to me once payment from Ygrene had cleared Yes Roofings account. I have yet to receive this payment and it has been several months.
