      I have received no less than 30 spam calls from these people since April og 2024. They are using a local-to-me phone number as trickery. I tried to call and have them remove my number, but I get stuck on hold for an endless period of time.

      I was called today 01/25/2024 at 10:48 am by this company. My phone number is registered part of the do not call list and a representative from this company called me to sell me on a business loan. I tried informing the person that I am part of the do not call list and he was extremely rude and conceding about me informing him about it.

      Level 3 Funding will not stop contacting me on my personal cell phone and work phone about a business loan that I do not want. They call every single day (except weekends) multiple times. I have asked them repeatedly to remove me from their call list. When they call my office, they pretend to know me to try and get by my assistant who screens my calls. As soon as my assistant says "He's unavailable," they just hang up and call back later. Level 3 Funding is causing a disruption to my life by calling me at home and work up to six times a day! Yes, on November 16, 2023, Level 3 Funding called my personal cell phone at 9:33 a.m., 9:43 a.m., 9:53 a.m., 10:03 a.m., 10:14 a.m., and 10:24 a.m. This is beyond harassment! And Level 3 Funding is wasting my time and my employee's time. I have never solicited this company for business, and I have no idea how they got both my personal cell phone number and my office number. On November 16, 2023, I called Level 3 Funding and spoke to someone named "*****" who (again) advised I would be removed from their call list.

      I have constantly received emails from this company, and less than a month ago I called because I am tired of being harassed, I was told how to remove myself. I did that, yet I am still getting communications from this company. I called today, and the guy said he removed me. Not even 5 minutes later I get a call from ****** asking me if I need any funding and then about 10 minutes after that I am getting a text from Vianka. I am wanting compensation from this company for harassing me umpteenth times. I have been bothered in excess of 20 times in the past 2 months. If I do not receive compensation for the harassment, I will reach out to an attorney and seek full compensation for each violation. I am very aware of the **** and harassment laws, as I used to be a debt collector and we had to learn the same laws. Please reach out to me to settle my case or I will be contacting an attorney.       Company continues to call after politely asking them to place me on their DNC list (despite me already being on the Federal DNC registry). The last time I received a call, I once again asked to be placed on their DNC list, the rep's answer was "if you didn't want funding, them why do you want to know what company this is?" ************ uses deceptive tactics to conduct business such as using the same area code as my phone number making it seem as though it's a call from my home town. I have also filed a complaint against them through the ************************

      I have asked this company on numerous occasions to stop calling me. I have informed them that I am not interested in their financing services, and that I am on the national Do Not Call registry, and to please take me off of their contact list. All of my requests have been ignored, and I continue to receive 2-3 calls daily from rude and aggressive call center representatives.

      I received a call from a representative by the name of ****. He made multiple attempts to offer funding for my business. After several times of me adamantly explaining that I did not need any funding. He then hung up the phone. Prior to hanging up I heard him say You broke b**** I then called the phone number back. It was **** that answered the phone. I asked if I could speak with a supervisor about his verbal abuse, he then hung up on me. I did explain to him that I would be calling back to speak with a supervisor and leaving a review with the Better Business Bureau.
