      I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience as a member of Bat Club USA. I was misled by the information provided to me regarding their MVP membership and now find myself in a financially burdensome situation.Upon the recommendation of a fellow parent, I joined Bat Club USA under the impression that their MVP membership would allow me to switch out bats at any time, paying only the remaining balance on the bat's cost. Excited by this prospect, I eagerly signed up and paid $350 for the membership.However, upon attempting to switch out my bat, I was shocked to discover that I would not only have to pay the remaining balance, but also the full price of the bat minus a minimal discount based on the duration of my bat usage. This information was not clearly stated during the sign-up process and is extremely misleading.I recently selected a bat valued at $400 and had already paid $350 towards it through my membership fees. I assumed I would only need to cover the remaining balance. However, I was informed that I would have to pay the full price of the bat minus a negligible discount, which effectively renders my membership benefits meaningless.The website's lack of transparency regarding the buyout terms has left me feeling deceived and financially burdened. Had I been aware of these terms beforehand, I would never have enrolled in the membership program.I am requesting that Bat Club USA rectify this situation by offering me the maximum discount possible on the purchase of the bat in question. I have already paid a substantial amount towards my membership and should not be subjected to such unfair and hidden cost.I urge Bat Club USA to reconsider their buyout terms and provide me with a fair and reasonable solution to this issue. As a loyal customer, I expect transparency and honesty in all aspects of my membership My order# *****.

      Terrible service and communication. Trying to exchange bat and the way to process an exchange, through their ******* video showing you how, does not even apply, there was no pop-up menu as in the ******* video. Then when you try to communicate, its all through chat box. No phone customer service. When they finally were able to send a correct link for exchange via email, the bat, which was previously in stock, is now out of stock and they cant process the exchange. Finally, when I ask for a refund given that this was completely worthless and they got my money, they tell me they cant process any refund . Membership cancelled. Not worth it.
