Decided it was time to upgrade windows to impact resistant and no longer do the "shutter dance" every Hurricane threat. Besides my windows did not seal well nor filter the suns rays at any level. I found Blue Diamond Impact after a neighbor used them, he was happy with the service and I liked the quality of the windows. A second neighbor then decided to use them and had a great experience too, same great quality window. With two good recommendations and I saw the work, I decided to go with them too. Glad I did. ******** came out for the estimate and was very friendly and professional. Got a competitive quote, and started the ball rolling. ******** told me there would be a few months lead time for manufacturing, once the order was in they knocked it out in no time. Installers where just as friendly and hardworking! ******** kept me in touch the entire time and always answered my calls and texts. The team finished patching the inside and outside of the windows where it was needed. He made sure everything was right before leaving the job. Now I have high quality windows that seal properly, filter a good portion of the suns rays and even filter out some of the outside noise. Besides I really like the way they look! Highly recommended. Honest quality work. They are very professional and give reasonable pricing without upselling or using high pressure sales tactics.
