I requested **** unlock my iPhone. It took several days for them to honor the request. I turned to Mobile Unlock which I found while seeking help from **** online. Initially they stated they would be able to do it for $26. After about 3 days they stated they were able to get so far and need another $79, which I paid. **** finally reached out and unlocked my phone. Mobile unlock locked it again and requested more money to release the lock. THIS IS A SCAM. I want all of my money back and my phone released.Initial Complaint

I paid ***** to mobile unlock to see if my phone was eligible for unlock it was so then payed ***** to have it unlocked now the phone says it needs a unlock code when I put in a **** card the company mobile unlocks now says they need ****** to unlock it this place is a ripoff I asked for refund but they have not issued it the customer service rep said that since I gave a message that says I need the unlock code that I should not have to pay ****** but no one will provide the codeInitial Complaint

Their website is purposefully built in a way where they fish for money. The flow of unlocking a phone is very deceitful. It appears you pay a few dollars up front which isnt clear , then when they check if they can unlock its another fee thats is even more than the initial. After all this you could get another fee like me if you want proceed. They refund only in credits towards a very expensive service. This information is hidden away from their unlocking flow, obviously on purpose. Otherwise no one would use it.Initial Complaint

This company is a Scam. I was told to pay a small amount to unlock my phone. I paid the amount $26 on 1/6/2024 to unlock my phone. Then they told me I had to pay another $69.00 to unlock my phone. I had to wait 30 days for them to tell me to patiently wait to unlock the phone and it will be 30 business days. Then they stated something about a contract I never saw about going somewhere else to unlock the you will not receive a refund. It is now 2/ 26/2024 and my phone is still not unlock. You cant call or email to request a refund. This company has taking my money and ran. Please do not . Please do not.Initial Complaint

Company said they would help me unlock my brother's phone. He was in an accident and is unable to tell us his passcode. We went to his carrier at ATT and they said they could not help us. We contracted and paid two separate fees approximately 14$ and 59$ and was told that would unlock phone. It did not and now they are attempting to get us to purchase " premium" service. I believe this is a scam. Order number ********
