      At about 3 in the morning, I discovered my personal vehicle was towed from my residence without explanation or documentation. Upon running around the neighborhood frantically searching for what I assumed was a stolen car, I saw a tow truck driving within my neighborhood and inquired about my vehicle. The truck driver told me it sounded familiar and that it was taken, and I began to inquire about a phone number to call to try and find me car. He refused to give me his name or information, but I called the towing company that had a phone number on the side of the truck and was able to get in contact with someone. Unfortunately, the man I spoke to on the phone was absolutely apathetic and incredibly disrespectful toward my mother and myself, refusing to provide us with the address to which my vehicle was taken, or any explanation for the tow. We were forced to find the address online and head to the towing company's lot in the middle of the morning with a police ******, for fear of our well-being. We were forced to pay for a service that was performed illegally on a vehicle that was parked on our property.

      Unlawful car towing on July 30 ***** 3:10am, my vehicle was unlawfully removed from Condominium property while been parked under Guess parking, upon contacting the towing company, I asked what was the reason my vehicle had been towed. The representative stated there was no visitor pass or visitor decal on the vehicle. I followed by explaining that No where in any of the companies signs which I had taken pictures of indicated the requirement of a visitor pass or visitor decal for guess parking purposes while visiting the property. The representative showed no type of understanding or consideration to the fact that no where on the signs did it state a pass of any kind was required, she was rude, unprofessional , and unethical. As a single mom of 2, not only did I miss my second day to my new second job, but they made me pay them $175 to get my car out! When I arrived to the property the gentleman at the front window was also rude, unprofessional, mocking me sarcastically, and very demeaning. I felt helpless, and robbed. I had no choice but to pay the money on an unlawful towing wich also cost me to miss my second day at my new second job. I felt so distraught and taken advantage off, once I was able to get myself back together I did some research on this company. It was not a surprise to see all the Negative reviews talking about the scams this company had with unlawfully towing cars. Initially before contacting them I contacted the local police department thinking the vehicle had been stolen. When the officer arrived, he explained that this particular company had a big reputation on doing crappy things like this, the officer even suggested I took legal action on this company moving forward. Please HELP ME! I did nothing wrong, and landed victim of this company as I'm sure many others have. Not only did they wrongfully took my money, but also cost me a complete work day. Please help me get my money.

      Vehicle was towed on 10/30/2022.Noticed immediately that my rear fender was damaged by the towing hitch clear as day. The company refuses to answer the phone since then. Will be filing a police report.

      Guest vehicle was towed from *********************. Vehicle was tagged with visitor parking pass and not in same parking spot for more than 24hrs per association rule. Contacted tow company for proof that vehicle was illegally parked. Was told that they do not collect any type of information regarding the tow, that the *** contracts a private enforcement company that just calls the tow to pick up. no questions asked. *********** refused to provide me with enforcement company contact information and was told to speak with the ***. Spoke with *** manager *******, she states that regulated towing conducts its own parking sweeps in unmarked vehicles. Provided me with the name of DADE PARKING ENFORCEMENT. Refused to provide contact number. I contacted tow company with information from ***, tow ****** manager told me that they do not enforce parking and ********* contacts out and that the company is not Dade parking but Authorized PARKING Enforcement. Contact owner of authorized parking, and was told that Authorized parking is not in business relationship with neither party but he is aware of their business practice of paying cash to the enforcement agent for every car towed.Regulated employee told me the only way for my car not to get towed is for me to get in "cahoots" with ********* management, guards and enforcement agent.Complaint has been filed with Commissioner ************************** ****** of ******** 11.
