      Our vehicle was towed due to being parked in an apartment complex that required a pass. That is not the issue here but the way this vehicle was towed is unacceptable. We found out about this after videos started to circulate social media of this company towing this vehicle wrecklessly. If your car got towed by here CHECK your car. Do NOT let them fool you that your car was already like that. You can clearly tell from the photo how wreckless this driver was. The owner of the place didnt even care he was very smug and was like so what? He obviously did not care about how wreckless this driver was. After we paid for the vehicle and was given the paperwork to sign I wanted to ensure that I read through the document and was going to take a snapshot for my company and thats when ******** started to get an attitude starting to threaten about what will be done if we took a photo of the document. There was no need for the attitude she could have explained it with no issue but these companies just want you to sign without reading the fine print and this is not acceptable. Be careful with these companies !!! Take your photos always !!! And if you are CHOOSING to go with this company BEWARE because this is how they treat vehicles.

      Guest vehicle was towed from *********************. Vehicle was tagged with visitor parking pass and not in same parking spot for more than 24hrs per association rule. Contacted tow company for proof that vehicle was illegally parked. Was told that they do not collect any type of information regarding the tow, that the *** contracts a private enforcement company that just calls the tow to pick up. no questions asked. *********** refused to provide me with enforcement company contact information and was told to speak with the ***. Spoke with *** manager *******, she states that regulated towing conducts its own parking sweeps in unmarked vehicles. Provided me with the name of DADE PARKING ENFORCEMENT. Refused to provide contact number. I contacted tow company with information from ***, tow ****** manager told me that they do not enforce parking and Verabella contacts out and that the company is not Dade parking but Authorized PARKING Enforcement. Contact owner of authorized parking and was told that Authorized parking is not in business relationship with neither party, but he is aware of their business practice of paying cash to the enforcement agent for every car towed.Regulated employee told me about the only way for my car not to get towed is for me to get in "cahoots" with ********************* guards, and enforcement agent.Complaint has been filed with Commissioner ************************** ****** of ******** 11. Reach out to his ****** if you have encountered similar situation.

      I got my car towed and when I called customer service in hopes of receiving some sort of help with my situation I was given a very rude answer. My backstory is that I drive my car which I pay for however it is under my fathers name. my dad was not in town and I was hoping that there were any other legal actions in which I can have my car besides the common rule of owner only. I was hoping for the lady to recommend me any other options since I was very overwhelmed with the situation. finally after noticing that she meant no help to me since she only repeated the same option in a rude tone, I finally asked her in hopes of another answer "what do you think I should do" and the shock that raced my body was very upsetting once I heard her answer with such poor attitude "buy a new car"... never in my life have a experienced such poor customer service. Her name is ****** and states to be the CEO, Manager, Customer service, and apparently director of the company. When arriving at the office we had a dispute because she was very quick to raise her voice and when my parents asked for the audio she gladly showed it only to find out after it was done that she had edited the sound to make it seem that she never replied with that statement. By far the worst company I have ever dealt with and I don't believe that it is healthy for people to have to deal with such disrespect. I believe that this company should fire these people who clearly lack the qualities to work anywhere. God bless ****** I truly hope that one day she will realize her errors and when she does hopefully it does not overwhelm her as much as her errors overwhelm everyone who she comes in contact with.
