Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/10/18) */ Mr. *********** retained our law firm for traffic related issues. Florida bar rules prohibit me from discussing the specifics of his case, without his consent. If he consents, I will GLADLY explain this in more detail. To use general terms only...client signed a written retainer agreement that clearly explains our no point/no school money back guarantee. This client signed the agreement. He does not qualify for the money back guarantee, per the agreement. The money back guarantee has exclusions when clients have a driving history. If the client agrees, I will gladly explain his record to you in detail. But he has a copy of the agreement, and he should understand clearly why he is not entitled to his money back. If not, he should read the contract that he signed. With his permission, I can supply it to the BBB. We delivered exactly what we stated in our written agreement. If the client agrees, please let me know and I will explain his case and record in more detail. I don't want to violate any bar rules! Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2021/10/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Excatly, no POINTS no SCHOOL! WHY DID I HAVE TO ATTEND. 4 hour class????????? Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2021/10/19) */ The client needs to read the retainer agreement that he signed. It explains exactly what we told him at the time that he hired us. It also explains why he has to go to school and why he is not entitled to his money back. From his reply, he seems not to understand. With his consent, I can explain in more detail. Please get the client to give consent for me to speak freely about his case and his driving history.
