    On August 14, 2023 two barrels were ship through ***************************************** and ECU worldwide USA. The barrels were shipped form ******* to ***** and final destination Tortola, ***. When the barrels arrived in Tortola on September 5th, 2023 the secured seals were broken and items were taken from the barrel. I sent my complaint to the companies and they refuse to investigate my claim. A number of receipts were submitted to the companies to show the value of what was taken from the barrels. I paid $395.00 to ship both barrels. I'm seeking a replacement of my items or a refund of the cost. Please see documents.

    In 2020, I purchased four trailer axles from overseas. ECU Worldwide processed the shipment and required payment for their services before delivery. I paid their fee and received the shipment. Two and a half years later, I received a phone call from an ECU Worldwide representative stating that I have a remaining balance of $104. I explained that I... (A) paid their fee and (B) received the shipment... thus proving that the balance was paid. I made a comment that this appears to be a ********** call. I found out soon after that ECU Worldwide turned said $104 balance over to a collection agency. I explained the situation to the collection agency and assumed it was resolved. A couple months later, a different collections agency representative called regarding the same issue. This agent was more thorough by requesting proof of payment. I had deleted my emails since they were over two years old. However, I was able to produce my credit card statement from 2020 which proved I paid them. I called ECU Worldwide to make sure that the situation was resolved. They explained to me that this may have been the result of their system being hacked two years ago. Unbelievable!!! I paid this company in 2020 and received my shipment. Two and half years go by and I hear nothing about any outstanding balance. I question it, and they immediately turn it over to a collection agency. I have now spoken with two ECU Worldwide representatives and two collection agency agents. I have also provided proof of payment in 2020. I was told that I would receive a confirmation that the issue was resolved. I am still waiting. This is a simple issue. ECU Worldwide would not allow the package to be shipped until I made payment. The fact that I received my shipment should be proof enough. Even so, I received no invoices or any other notices until 2023. I do not trust this company and do not recommend doing business with them.
