  I purchased a 2019 KIA **** (VIN#*****************) from Alejandro Financial LLC used car dealer in *****. The car was driven from ***** to ***** on 4/21/24. Approximately 250 miles. ****** this drive, the car began pulling to the right. On Monday 4/22/24 the car was taken to The Tire ************************** in **************. They determined that the tires were the cause of the problem and they needed replacement. The threads were separating and the tires were dry rotting from their 4-5 year age. The *********** manager said the car was unsafe to drive and the car should have never been sold with tires in the deteriorated condition and the vehicle was unsafe to drive under any conditions. We called the dealer representative ***** to explain the situation and were told they had no intentions of offering any type of relief for the $708.20 expense we incurred replacing the tires. We believed their advertising statement "WE ALSO DO FULL INSPECTIONS ON EACH VEHICLE ONCE IT ENTERS OUR LOT. YOUR SAFETY AND SATISFACTION IS OUR MAIN PRIORITY, SO WHY WAIT ....COME AND DRIVE YOUR DREAM CAR HOME NOW!!!"I'm very disappointed in the way I've been treated and their dismissive behavior is contrary to their advertising statements. This was a SAFETY issue! I feel a refund of $708.20 is a fair request.

  ****** and ***** Princpato puchased this vehicle as noted in thier complaint.  However what they failed to disclose was that they knowingly pucahsed the viechicle in "As-Is" condition.  Furthermore they both declined 2 offers to test drive the vehicle.  AS company policy the Sales man offered the test drive which was turned down claiming it was not necessary as well as they also declined a second request to test drive by the finance manager prior to signing the closing documents for the purchase of the vehicle.  As part of the documentation, they also signed (see attached) a Buyers Guide as required by State of Florida which indicates the purchase of the vehicle is "As-Is" and carries no warranty whatsover of any kind by the dealer. 

  We trust that the information enclosed depicts a more accurate version of the entire transaction leaving little doubt that the buyers were free to inspect and test drive the vehicle prior to purchase and that the opportunity to do so was declined in twice.
