      I went to AutoMax to buy the Bmwx1 in the beginning of February and the car started having transmission problems at the end of February. I put $2000 and have a pickup payment of $1500.My transmission finally went out mid March. I explained to them that when I went there I was single mother of a 2 yr.old I needed help to get into a decent car and get a decent job and they said they would help. I was told the car didnt have any issues and that it was inspected by their mechanic. Before my transmission went out my car was having a burning smell and I took it in to Auto *** numerous times to be inspected and I was told the car was okay. After I knew the mechanic and auto *** ************************* were lying I took it upon myself and took it a certified *** dealer and I found out that my car had more then just transmission problems. I saved up my hard earned money that I really dont have to just throw away and now Im out of car and my daughter cant get to school and I cant work. Im looking for a complete refund

      First and foremost they repossessed my car from my home Friday Oct 20th 2023,without any warning /final notice.I called multiple towing agencies ,my rent office, even almost made a police report because I didnt know what was going on, finally decided to call auto *** (I would think they wouldnt take my car without letting me know ) I had to call them 23 times to finally get ahold of someone , just for that person to say I cant help you with that ,those people wont be back until Monday at 9am Not telling me what people or anything so the weekend goes by , I call auto *** back at 9am sharp (had to call 12 times to speak to someone ) this person told me to call the a repossession company ( not giving me the phone number or any other necessary information) which is absurd. So I finally get in contact with the right agency, they tell me their price (towing fees) and also the price I would have to pay auto *** (back payments) to get my vehicle back, so Monday afternoon comes I go to auto *** to try to get my car back, they told me that I had to pay $1350 in total,1000 for the missed payments, and $350 to the repossession company. after all of the running around, by that time, it was too late the repossession company was closed at 5 PM(another thing NO ONE COMMUNICATED ) so another day goes by without me having my vehicle, so today I go to the repossession company, and someone tells me that my car was put up for auction!Now no one told me this YESTERDAY when I went to make a payment! ,which is very unprofessional and quite Suspicious.! They gave me the run around again going back and forth between the two companies and still nothing was solved .Every one was anxious and stumbling over their words (because they know they messed up) so No car and no money.***** the owner said its nothing he can do about it and another employee told me she Had nothing to do with the situation and cant help me either in such a unprofessional way, she sits at the front desk.
