I signed an auto vehcile contract for a used 2019 Chevrolet Equinox by Cars Business, LLC, that was written under false pretenses on November 27th, 2023. The advertisement under the ******** marketplace file attached states that the car is being sold for $14,900. When I decide to deal with the business, they tell me that the car's selling price is $14,000, and the reminder $900 are a dealer fee and I accept this. However, when I look over my contract the numbers do not match and the business wants to sell me the car at a selling price of $22,363, not including financing prices and fees (as seen in the documents attached). They include an extra $900 under a ********************* Fee" and they stated this was the "Dealer Fee", however this means they wanted to charge me twice. And seen under "Price of Vehicle" the price is $21,463 inclding taxes of $1,463, so they are actually trying to sell me the car for $20,000 instead of $14,900, and when I ask the dealer why the numbers are not the same they tell me that the "Price of Vehicle" includes a lender fee from the bank. With this information, I call the bank that was going to finance me and they advised me that the Price of Vehicle DOES NOT and SHOULD NOT include a lender fee and that this is not right, so I decided to cancel my contract. I return the vehicle November 29th, 2023, two days after recieving the vehicle, and this business refused to refund me my $2,000 that I sent as a initial down payment for the finance plan on the car, to which I cancelled the contract for. I request a immediate refund of my $2,000, that I placed as a DOWN PAYMENT and not as any liability charge or delivery payment that was requested of me beacause there was none. This business is horrible and lied to me about the charges that were going to go through in my auto contract, and when I cancelled and confronted them, they refused to give me back my money.
