I want to warn you about this dealer. They are liers and steal your money.We bought a car and they advertised the car for $4500 and we end up paying $7300 . They charged ******************* fee $499 and Electronic Transfer $100. These are fake fees Next day the car did not start, we took it to the mechanic because dealer told us no warranty if we pay cash . He changed neutral switch, constant velocity Axel and a leak in the solenoid $460 for repairs.When I went to tell them, they told me it was a used car and they can't refund anything.I think these people are a liers and they are not reliable to make business with them.I don't recommend them.

Dear BBB,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the company "Caryou" due to a significant payment delay following the successful sale of a vehicle through their consignment service. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, I have not received the payment owed to me for a period of three months.Here are the details of my complaint:**Complaint Details:**- Date of Incident: march ************** of Complaint: I left my car with Caryou for a consignment sale. The car was successfully sold may fifth, and according to our agreement, I am entitled to receive the proceeds from the sale. However, it has now been three months since the sale, and I have not received the payment as promised.**Previous Communication:**- I have made repeated attempts to communicate with Caryou regarding the payment delay. I have sent number of calls and have received we have no money as an answer.**Desired Resolution:**- I expect Caryou to promptly release the payment owed to me for the sale of my vehicle. This payment is overdue by three months, and I have taken all reasonable steps to address this matter directly with the company without success.**Supporting Documentation:**- I have copies of our consignment agreement, related to the sale and payment, and any other relevant documents.I believe that this delay in payment is both unjust and unreasonable. I am hopeful that the BBB can facilitate a resolution to this issue and ensure that I receive the payment that I am rightfully owed.Please let me know if there is any additional information needed from my side to proceed with this complaint.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,

I rate them a 0 if I could rate it lower they would be it. Horrible business practice they sell defective cars and take the maximum amount odd money. I pointed things out that was needing attention including a tire. They stated they would fix everything including the engine light that came on the next day. They put a used tire that was a spare and dry rotted. The engine light was reset and as soon as I got home it came on along with the low tire pressure. Well later the tire blew as I was driving whole bumper came off, engine light still on and they tried to get more money out of me when I came back in. I literally had to get loud and call the police and make a call to the news station. The employee was new and rude as they fired everyone from the initial purchase. The owner did nothing pretended to be on phone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They sell junk defective cars and will scam you out of more money. Its a loss from the time you step on to their car lot.

Worse car buying experience I have ever encountered. My account was charged ******** for a 2011 buick regal . I never received the car or a refund . Had to file a dispute with my bank and contact the federal reserve just to seek justice . What **** llc did to me is illegal and called auto fraud. I will stop until I get justice. I worked so hard for my money . I literally cry and had several mental breakdowns because of this transaction. I hope knowone else goes through this.

Scam artists and criminals. Especially *******************. Threatened to shoot me, called the cops, demanded I bring car back, refused to give back down payment back after saying he would and put a hold on another one of my cars.

Great dealer family owned, great place to purchase a used car. From start to end everething was taking care.Will reffer to friends and family
