I recently purchased a 2016 Z 51 Corvette from elite motors of Miami. I dealt with ****** on the phone. He insured me there was no frame damage to the car not only was there frame damage to the car. The front frame sections were welded so poorly, they melted the wiring harness to the engine and it wasn’t even repairable frame sections They were just doing it to make the car look like it was all intact. They also screwed all the body panels with drywall screws, so it did not look like a hard hit. I explained to ****** and the sales manager ***** that they needed to make this right, and they said that their hands are tied. I worked my *** off for this car just wanted to get a honest deal, something I could rebuild in my garage with my old man and these people **** of the Earth ******* me. I hope this helps other people from not buying from these ******. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau. And sending all my photos in of the car to see what type of lawsuit that we can throw back at these pieces of ****Elite Motor Cars of Miami LLC Response

Here at Elite Motor Cars Of Miami, we sell damaged vehicles that needs to be repaired and pass the state rebuilt inspection, being the main reason for the lower prices we have. Even though our sellers try to do their best to describe the damage of the vehicles there is always a small possibility of unseen damage that shows up at the moment the vehicle is being repaired (Things like the radiator, condenser or any other part related to the front since this was a front end collision). This is why we always encouraged our customers to come and inspect the vehicle in person or send an independent inspector to do it for them.
This unit does "runs” which means the vehicle starts and is able to move inside the lot. But that doesn’t mean that this is a “drivable car". The vehicle needs to be repaired and pass the proper rebuilt inspection in order to be legally drivable.
the sales manager checked with the salesperson and the sales person did the best to make the customer understand that the vehicle got hard damaged in the front and the chassis needs to be fixed even showing you some diagrams. This vehicle even had the steering wheel airbags deployed. Please be advised we sell vehicles AS - IS. With no warranties, no returns and no arbitrations as we specify on our sales contracts.
We have the pictures of the vehicle on it how was advertised in our website, and you can see some of the damages and missing parts and the airbags deployed.

6 months ago, i bought a vehicle from Elite Motors of Miami at *********************************************** refused to send my title and after 6 weeks they told me there's a discrepancy. on the title, they offered to take the vehicle back. They picked up the vehicle on November 22nd, 2022, and promised me a refund of my $18000.They promised that it'll take 8 weeks to refund my money, but today is March 14th and there's no refund. They sold the vehicle but has refused to give me back my money. The unfortunate thing is that my family is going through hardship because Elite Motors does not care about me or my family. It's been 114 days since they took the vehicle and now 16 weeks and no refund. They promised me 8 weeks for my refund.Review from Tay B

Stay away from this dealership. I brought a car from this dealer and they have not done anything but give me the run around. I paid over $12,000 for a car and I do not have my car, title or my money. The car that I purchased had well over $20,000 in damage. I can buy the car used for $20,000. They sell junk cars that they dress up nice for the pictures. Make a BBB claim and file a lawsuit. I am in the process of suing them but I wanted to write this review to help someone else out. People work hard for their money and do not deserve to get ripped off. AE of Miami needs to be closed down. If you need the lawyers number please do not hesitate to reach out to me. We will bring them down.Elite Motor Cars of Miami LLC Response

We sell damage vehicles, most of them are salvage, meaning they were involve in an accident. Customers can always send an inspector before putting any deposit or paying for the vehicle, and the salespersons always try to describe the damages it may have the best way possible. This vehicle in particular, you can see in the pictures posted in our website that its missing parts and even has the airbags deployed.
We sell the vehicles AS IS, NO ARBITRATION.
And for this customer, we still have the title and the car, because we offer to re-************ on behalf of them. There is a sales agreement signed by them, agreeing to reselling this vehicle here at the dealership, so there were a solution to the problem of them not wanting the car any longer.

Elite Motor Cars of Miami was purchased by STS Automotive in Denver in 2017. STS Automotive is owned by **** and ***** **** ******** but the dealership license is in their mothers name. This is because at least one was in prison for "operating a chop shop".
It is unknown whether there is a dealers license for Florida. STS Automotive sells salvage cars that are non-roadworthy, stating the opposite. Any comments on their site have been hidden. Colorado seems to do nothing about this business.Elite Motor Cars of Miami LLC Response

Elite Motor Cars of Miami and STS are two different business even though we do business sometimes. The owners are different, Sts never has purchased Elite. We have all our licenses and paperwork in perfect order.Customer Response

Maybe Elite Motor Cars is owned by another, but the "business" done is likely sending cars from Denver to Miami to obtain clean titles "title washing" and selling via the internet. Why else would a Denver salvage car dealer do business with a Miami dealership that has autos sold by Elite Motor Cars, STS Automotive, and Auto Exporters of Miami?Elite Motor Cars of Miami LLC Response

We are Elite Motor Cars and we sell damage vehicles too. That is why.
It doesn't matter the state of the title of the vehicle. We buy cars all over the country, so the titles of the vehicles we purchase are from all over... Colorado, Georgia, California, Texas, to mention a few.

I realize vehicles can be purchased in salvage condition. However, when sold by your dealership, it must be stated clearly to the purchaser the problems with the vehicle, even if not obvious. The title should be accurate, stating an accurate history of the vehicle. All reviews of the past years state major problems with the vehicles after the person leaves the lot that should have been disclosed. This is unethical and illegal practice. In addition, the handling of deposits and payments are in question. Read the 18 plus reviews!Elite Motor Cars of Miami LLC Response

All customer are more than welcome to inspect the vehicles, and its always advised. The title never discloses the damages of the vehicles, so there is no way to know with just the title, unless your get a carfax that is public for everyone. But if a vehicle has a salvage title its evident its been involved in an accident. As said before, we sell damage vehices. Its the customer responsibility. We more than 100 vehicles monthly.
