I recently had a very disappointing experience with Florida Fine Cars *******. I found a car advertised for $17,499 on CarGurus and contacted them to request a Buyers Order to present to my bank. To my shock, the Buyers Order reflected a higher price of $18,799, plus an additional $3,000 in bogus charges. When I pointed out the discrepancy between the advertised price and the Buyers Order, ***************************, the assigned salesman, refused to negotiate. I wasnt even trying to negotiate; I simply wanted them to honor their advertised price. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. They have clearly lost my business, and I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Florida Fine Cars ******* to look elsewhere. There are honest dealerships out there that won't try to deceive you with hidden charges and false advertising.

The biggest scammers, they are actually on a watchlist according to the credit union that they work with. They not only swipe through all of your documents that need to be signed so that you cant see what extra fees they added on but they also falsified my income so that I can get approved. What the scammers dont understand is that the credit union/bank needs to verify your income. The reviews on the Better Business Bureau site is what you need to be reading. As someone who is employed with the State of Florida, working with the government, the falsification of my income is against everything that I stand for. I returned their car back and will never return. My ****** from all of this and to others is to read every single document. Do not let them rip and run through the process because youre excited to get a car. And if your gut tells you to get up and leave, GET UP AND LEAVE.

Our records indicate that the customer filled out the credit application at our dealership and another application for the same credit union directly with them. All information was entered by the customer. However, when the credit union requested proof of income, it did not match the information the customer had provided. As part of our company-wide process, we present all paperwork to customers, who then decide if they want to read the paperwork and at their own pace. I hope this clarifies any misunderstanding.

I recently went to Florida Fine Cars to purchase a vehicle, and my experience with the finance department was quite disappointing. The finance person did not clearly disclose what was being added to my purchase. It was only after thoroughly reading through the paperwork that I realized multiple items had been added to my contract without my explicit consent.Despite my efforts to address the issue, I am still waiting for the cancellation of these items. The dealer has only cancelled one item so far, even though four were added to my contract. This lack of transparency and the slow response to my cancellation requests have been extremely frustrating. While the staff were friendly at first, this experience has left me feeling misled and stuck with unwanted additions to my purchase. I urge future customers to read through all paperwork carefully and pay close attention to what is being added to their contracts. I am determined to push this issue to the end to get a resolution.

Thank you for your input. The name mentioned in your review does not correspond with any records or transactions in our system. We'd like to address some points mentioned. At Florida Fine Cars, every customer receives a detailed buyer's order, specifying all fees and the final amount. Customers are required to sign this document, acknowledging the total amount. Regarding the specific concern raised, we have contacted the owner of the vehicle. They were informed that their request had already been submitted. However, we want to clarify that the cancellation process, handled by third-party companies, typically takes ***** days to complete. Rest assured, we have taken the necessary steps as per the owner's request prior to this review. Should you require further clarification, please feel free to reach out to our customer care team at ************.

Gross! We found this rag garbage thing wedged under the car. We only found out because the undercarriage broke off 2 days after we drove off the lot. They tell you that you can return the car within 3 days no questions asked, but they will charge you any repairs. This is not explicit and is not mentioned when you buy or return the vehicle that is falling apart. We don't think it was a scam that the car undercarriage broke off right when we drove on the highway, but FFC really win out with us as a customer. We filled up the tank with gas from empty, paid their mechanic fees and we even removed the rag for them! Expensive and time consuming 3 day rental for me! My advice, get your ride inspected before purchasing here. Our 2021 Highlander had a wheel from 2016 on it... Strange! They later told me that the repair was over $500, which is why I had to cover it. An unfortunate coincidence that our bill was just over $550... Dang! I was not informed of this when I returned the vehicle! The good news for the new owner is the repair shop confirmed with me that the parts were NOT bought from *****. So FFC made sure the repair was done with quality parts I imagine. Really too bad, I feel like the repair could have been done for under $500, but I guess I was just unlucky FFC couldn't negotiate that. I have no reason to believe they didn't do everything in their power to get the price as low as possible, but luckily for them it was just above the threshold so they paid nothing! The staff is pretty pleasant overall. I think other than the ** making an odd comment about how my pregnant wife walked, we were pretty pleased with the people there. The fees are low, and they are not pushy on upselling a lot of add-ons. You just have to do your due diligence. Also, I can't speak for everyone, but they sent a link to give a review to my wife and I while we were in the process of purchasing the car, before anything has a chance of going wrong. Take that for what its worth.

*******, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. There are a few points mentioned in this review that we would like to clarify. There is a 3-day return policy and a 5-day exchange policy offered by Florida Fine Cars. In reviewing our records from back in April, we found that this vehicle left the dealership in good condition but was returned with damages worth $500. It is for this reason that the customer is responsible for paying for these damages. Our customers are not charged for returning their vehicles as long as they are returned in the same condition as when they were taken off the lot. You and your wife were informed of these damages in person by the General Sales Manager. Alternatively, please feel free to contact us directly if you would like further assistance at ************. Thank you!

We're sorry to hear how you feel about your recent experience. Every customer receives a Buyer's Order that details any fees and the total amount of the purchase before moving forward. Additionally, each customer receives a free Carfax and Autocheck report. You were no exception, and this was explained in detail to you in person. You were still not satisfied. That on its own was fine. However, it did not stop there. You then proceeded to video record employees on your phone without their consent, you caused a disturbance in our showroom, and you called the local police who ultimately informed you there was no fraud committed. After that you were finally asked to leave the premises. Florida Fine Cars did not commit fraud, plain and simple. We go above and beyond with everyone to explain the details of their purchase. It is a large purchase for most. We respect that, and its our goal to make customers comfortable at each step in the process.

My wife bought a Land Rover. Returned it based on the 3-day no questions asked policy. There wasn't any terms listed online with the aterisk attached at the time. We returned the card within 2 days and the dealership wouldn't take it back. We are now pursuing them legally. Feel free to inbox me or contact me if you're in the same boat, as we may/may not pursue a class action against this dealership. **** was very rude. Basically threatening. ****** was unresponsive until later. (Sales Person). ***** (GM) didn't get involved until after we returned car. We returned the car at 837pm, (They were already closed) when the dealership closes at 9pm. That was interesting. We were able to buy a car elsewhere, (******* has A credit at a ****% interest rate). This dealership conveniently charged ****%. Not sure if they got a kickback on the points or not? Buyers beware....

*****************, We are sorry to hear that your experience with Florida Fine Cars was not up to your expectations.  There seems to be a misunderstanding or confusion and hopefully, this can help clear it up. Florida Fine Cars stands behind every vehicle we sell and offers a 5-day, no questions asked exchange policy, and a 3-day return policy to help take the risk out of your decision making. A vehicle returned for refund must be in the same condition as purchased with no more than 300 additional miles from the mileage at purchase and have no added liens. Per our records the vehicle purchase had a lien on it and therefore it could not be return under the 3 day return policy. This is also advertise on our website. Since the pandemic the *************** store has been closing at 8pm. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us at *************************************** or by contacting us at ************. Thank you!

Yesterday my wife and I visited this dealership with hopes of purchasing a vehicle. Long story short. ****** who we later found out is a Sales Manager not only racially profiled us. (He told a Haitian Sales Associate to help us and told him its because we're Haitian like him. We are not Haitian at all, not even close. He also made discriminatory comments towards us. His exact words were "You Americans are all lazy".... the irony is... I'm not American, my wife is though, but we were both completely floored and disheartened as we have never experienced this type of behavior and or discrimination at a car dealership before. We really wanted the car but we cannot financially support racism and discrimination based of of race and national origin. My wife's review is on their Google review so you may read it for exact details on what happened. I'm so disappointed.

It has been 11 1/2 months since financing a car with FFF and it has been an utter nightmare. Bad credit shouldn't get you a year of grief. $2200 shouldn't get you whatever POS off the lot. Car dealerships in general in Florida are terrible places but Florida Fine Cars literally ripped me off. The motor mounts had to be replaced 3 days after I got the car but 5 6 days after the engine light went on. The car has always sounded and felt like a blender. I asked them why and thats.why they replaced the motor mounts. However, when I took the car to a mechanic he was like this car is going to die on you in 6m-1 year and I was like WHY? THE CAR FAX WAS CLEAN I said...he says no. The engine is end stage and the cat converter as well. I was devastated. I wasn't seeing stimulus checks or anything. I was just trying to get to my 9-5. Here's where 3 months of back and forth with them takes me to a place of them telling me no sorry we can't help you. The Miami Gardens office was rude and told me it is what it is. They told me to take it up with the loan company which lite won't tell me which bank I'm with. They didn't offer me gap insurance. They didn't do anything but catch me like a sucker. I tried again and again and now it's in negative equity. Even with my credit which rose, no one will trade this POS for anything without an insurmountable amount of money down. I went yesterday to Performance Nissan and they were full of it too. I called FFF and they sent me to the Margate office to which the guy who greeted me said without even taking me to a desk "go to Ford on the last day and ask them to trade it, we won't". Almost every dealership I have been to tells me to drown the car. Drown the car or have it stolen. It's THAT bad. Fast forward today 2/2/22. My car is leaking from the right side..I have to refill the tank every trip I make. It over heats. This is the worst experience ever. Be ashamed!!!!! If it wasn't such a piece of crap I could trade it but it's worth NOTHING.
