We bought a used car from the company on March 30th, 2024. Hunday ********. We knew and were aware that the car was used, but according to ************, the car would not give us any problems because he made sure before selling the car that any issues were fixed. He has his own mechanic and they make sure that the car is like new. The same day, the engine light came up, but he said that it was common since the car had been not used for a while. a week after, my husband had to bring it in because, ************ needed to changed a piece that we thought was the issue. We found out one day that we drove the car at night that the lights were not working or were not bright enough to drive at night. We took it to a mechanic, this may be an electrical problem, the car has had issues since the day we bought it. Today, May 30th, my husband on his way home from work was not able to continued driving the car because the car stopped-turn off all of the sudden. Triple A had to be called. The response from ************; you wanted a car without problems you should had bought a new car. If ************ was honest and would had told us that a car that we bought from him was only going to last 2 months, we would not had bought it. at this time we want a refund, but we will settle for another car that can last the 4/5 years that he said all his cars last. On top of all these, it took ************ almost 2 months to give us the permanent car plates, according to him had issues with the auction company. We have communication via text with ************ that will collaborate all the damages that the car has had.
