      Deal was done with Veros Credit LLC, vehicle is clean title, this bank does not finance rebuilt title vehicles, autocheck and carfax show vehicle has clean title and original title showed clean title.

      On April 24th I traded in my 2016 ******* Sonata which I owed **** left for a 2022 dodge charger. When I first purchased the car it was going good then maybe 3 weeks later the car ran so hot I couldnt drive it and had to go get a rental car and had to pay out of pocket to get it which.Nobody explained to me the car was in a really bad accident , the car has that gray glue holding everything together , the car has all those after market due to being in an accident . Ive been having to rent rental cars and Uber due to the fact the car was not starting and running hot . I only had the car for 2 months it should not be giving me any problems . I drove it to the dealership this morning because you guys kept screaming warranty and the warranty isnt gonna even cover the stuff the needs to be fixed on the car . The car is leaking oil the frame is bent and yet nobody explained to me the issues with the car . I even asked the guy the same day the one that sold me the car about the check engine light his exact words through text message was Told me it was a sensor that die sent affect the car so you good which was a lie because its something wrong with the engine

      I went to this dealership on 5/22/23 with a 2007 ******** **** e350, and 1000$ cash. I traded in the ******** for a 2015 Audi Q7. On the 06/14/22I received a text message saying I needed to return to the dealership. I returned to the dealership on 06/15/23 and they informed me that the financing institution decided they didnt want to finance the vehicle. They sold the ******** that I traded and they said that I couldnt get a refund I could only get a dealership credit. I was cool with that until I contacted the financial institution and they told me they never said they werent financing the car, they said the application was under review. So I called the dealership back and they told me that I couldnt be refunded and because I threatened to hire an attorney, they told me that they couldnt speak to me anymore. I dont know what they got going on, but I would like to be refunded and compensated for these hardships. I am now without transportation, and theyre telling me I cant be refunded my money. They dont have the car I traded, and the financing institution said they never said any of this. Im gonna make an attempt to contact the owner and see what they have to say, in the meantime, I would like to know what are my options?

      Purchased a vehicle on 9/11/21. The dealership has not transferred the title because they do not have a title for the vehicle they sold me. They purchased the vehicle from an auction house and resold the vehicle to me without having a title. My temporary tag expires tomorrow and the dealership is saying they are unable to renew my tag. The owner, ******, refuses to answer my calls and will not answer my questions in regards to the vehicle. I will be unable to drive the vehicle because it is not legally registered. My goal is to return the vehicle I purchased from Prestige Auto and for them to return the vehicle I used as a trade in.

      YES THE **** WAS DONE AND CUSOMER HAS THE *** I CONTACT DMV AND TOLD THEM I BOUGHT THE **** AT AUCTION AND I HAVE NOT GOT THE ***** YET THEY ISSUE THE CUSTOMER A NEW ***, 2 WEEKS LATER I GOT THE ***** AND DID ****
