      I purchased the PS5 dualsense edge modded controller with the Juggernaut package which is listed for $344.98 on their website. When the controller arrived I started setting it up. The first thing I noticed while playing COD was the fast reload mod wouldn't work right. It would dump the mag but not put one back in. After contacting support I learned that you have to reprogram the controller for each different weapon. Funny they don't mention that in their sale brochure. So....to be able to use the mod during game play....everytime you pick up a different weapon, you have to stop in the middle of a fight and reprogram the controller. Not quite ready for prime time on that one. They also installed the mod button right where you grip the controller....not sure which Einstien thought that would be a good idea. During game play you constantly turn mods on and off unintentionally. I contacted support again and said I wanted to return the POS for a refund. On their website they list a restocking fee of 15% for returns because of the custom nature. I ordered a standard package advertised on their website, nothing custom or one off. I asked if they would waive the fee because it's not custom, they will not waive the fee and I hadn't even had the controller a week. That's over $50 for the pleasure of returning their junk that I already paid a ton of money for. I guess my options are to open the controller and try and reverse their mods and disable the mod button so I at least have a controller that works. Such a shame. I have one of their Xbox 360 controllers from years ago that worked perfect. Obviously they are out of their league with the new hardware. Buyer beware. Just say NO!

      Hello,

      Our mod controllers are heavily reviewed by the community including video tutorials and product impressions. Instructions are transparently listed on the site, there are also forums community where every question can be answered by other gamers or Mega team experts.

      The customer contacted support team after receiving the product and trying it not being happy about how it worked.

      He was given tips on fast reload and other mods, provided with all tutorials and decided to return the product. 

      We have no problem with returns and have a return and warranty policy listed on the site transparently. As long as the prodoct is sent back to us within indicated time frame and the controller is not damaged, you get a refund within 2-5 business days. A restocking fee is withheld for every return as controllers are custom made. 

      We have adviced in the policy and provided steps on how to proceed but kept on getting emails about waving a restocking fee and never received the product. 

      The language used with reps in the last emails was less than appropriate as well. We will provide and operate exactly as per the Policy the customer is aware of.

      they said my package was delivered it was not! not to mention no phone number no response! im out ****** bc of this I call fraud! im calling my bank and now my son does not have is bday gift thanks!

      The customer didn't look up the package tracking updates via the link. The package has been delivered, and customer thanked us. We asked to remover the review, however I am not sure they will comply. I have proofs of communications with them, but not able to add the file here.       This business is a complete disgrace!!!! I purchased a controller from this place a couple of years ago. I play ** titles, and the ** pack was worthless. The only mods that work are rapid fire and sniper breath, every other mod it completely worthless. So fast forward, my led panel went out and it was stuck on a mod so I had to send it to MegaModz to get it looked at and repaired. Upon receiving my controller, after about a month, my left joystick was and is now in float mode basically. It moves on its own and has caused significant gaming issues. I immediately sent an email to MegaModz about my controller doing something it was not doing prior to sending it in for repairs. I ended up sending 5 emails, which I still have, and I got absolutely no response from this company. I gave up, and just have dealt with it. It ****** me off because my player moves on its own and gets me killed. I then wrote a review on their website yesterday, 06/09/22, giving a 1 star and explain what I explained here and I mentioned in my review that consumers should go to ModdedZone for their controllers. Within 5 minutes of writing that review did my MegaModz account get deleted and my login was denied. This place on their website shows a high review average, well duh, when you deny a poor review and then delete that reviewers account because of that review, ya you're gonna have high reviews!!! This place is trash, this is unbelievable and I will be reaching out to BBB to investigate their poor business. Also, I am taking my emails and my reviews and all other supporting documents to file a suit against this business. I absolutely know for a fact I am not the only person that rated them low and got their account deleted. This place needs to be under investigation.

      Hello, we are very sorry about the frustration **** feels over his shopping experience with us. However, we have provided inspection and repairs for the controller that arrived in a highly used state, which means it has been played with a lot in the 1.5 years it has been owned by the customer. As per the Policy, the extended warranty covers repairs for 12 months, after this period there is a fee applied which covers the cost of the part and labor only. Repairs is absolutely not the channel for the company to make profit off but rather the way to extend the usability of the product for the longest at a very affordable price.The controller left our facility in a brand new condition. A month later a whole new layer of complaints arrived that have never been an issue prior. **** also used inappropriate language while leaving comments on the site and social media which resulted in a ban. Our customers are free to share the feedback using appropriate wording, and any negative reviews are not deleted on the site or forums or media.With that being said, we deeply regret about the whole situation but wont have any more business with the customer in the future.
